My husband and my first time eating at Chops; we were with acquaintances who raved about it; and, now, there are four of us raving about Chops! ALL of our meals were beautifully presented and delicious. We were greeted by two very friendly receptionists at the door; we were able to be seated early since the Naples traffic pattern pleasantly surprised us; and the rest made for a very memorable evening. Thank you to the entire staff!

Sadly disappointing, have been here several times over the years and previously always had a good experience. Spoilt this time when they started serving our entrees whilst we were still finishing our appetisers. Upon explaining that we had only just finished our last mouthful of starters, the server simply shrugged his shoulders and left entrees on table and walked off and the rest of the entrees was delivered. Our waitress was apologetic and got the manager for us. The manager was v apologetic but just sound bites, said he hoped it hadn't ruined our evening and promised he would make it up to us. We didn't see him again but his idea of making it up to us was a $17 discount to a bill that was +$500 before tip! It all felt very rushed, we were eating at 7.45 so they weren't trying to turn the table. The timing of serving the mains whilst staters still on table and not offering to take away and serve later was unprofessional and showed a lack of care for the dining experience for us as diners.

Food was wonderful and cooked to perfection. Service was intermittent, but when when the server did visit our table he was quite friendly and attentive. At the beginning of dinner he barely spoke, we weren't sure he was our server. Towards the end of the night, when the restaurant began to empty out, service improved dramatically.
Our server was fantastic. Kira made the evening extra special. Her recommendations were spot one and I think she enjoyed us as much as we enjoyed her!! Highly recommend! I will be back!

The dining room is beautiful, we were seated promptly and server was there quickly as it has in our several visits to Chops. Our tomato appetizer was overripe tomatoes so too soft. All 4 or our steaks were overcooked (ordered medium, delivered medium well) one was very overcooked. Manager came and said our first was cooked to medium which the server agreed it was not and he had the kitchen hold the next steak back so as not to overcook it. It came out closer to rare with a cold pink center. While the food all tasted amazing I would expect a steak house to cook perfect steak every time as it has been the past we dined there. Very disappointing, hopefully it was a one night problem in the kitchen.

Dinner was delicious. We had a small hiccup with one dish being not warm enough and it was rectified immediately. Service is outstanding. Can't wait to come back for another wonderful experience.

This was our first time dining at Chops in Naples, FL. We dined outside for an evening dinner, and it was simply outstanding! I would go as far as saying it was the best dining experience on this trip to Naples, FL! The Wagyu Beef Tartar is a must do ✅

Our waiter was Austin B and he was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. It all started taking 33 minutes before he took our drink order. Then when I asked for a water glass that wasn't chipped he huff and stormed away. I am a very patient person, but not being respected in a quality restaurant is not acceptable. The food was good but the serves ruined the evening.

With so many terrific dining options in Naples, it's sometimes hard to justify repeating a restaurant--but the beautiful setting, generous cocktails, outstanding service, perfect pacing and delicious HOT food will certainly beckon us to return sooner than later. Teamwork was apparent and collegial and created a simply lovely, welcoming atmosphere. While other newer restaurants are stumbling in attempts to dazzle and distract, this 5th Ave gem is one shiny object that should not be overlooked.

My husband and I always bet on who ordered the best meal, and we both usually agree on the results. Here, we both thought our meal was the best - he ordered a filet and I had the tuna. It is always a win-win when we argue about who won!
Two 10 oz filets ordered mid-rare were served well done and medium Well. Mash potatoes served room temp at best. Stacked tomatoes not prepared properly, exterior skin of the onion not removed. Other four guests commented on cold potatoes and one overly salted clam chowder. Service at best was OK. To be fair, I frequent Chops regularly with no issues. Thursday was an exception, it was terrible.

Manager was a jerk. We got seated in a booth that had been shrunk to accommodate a larger patron the next table over. It wasn't comfortable but when we asked to move tables he kicked us out of our table and told us to wait. He clearly didn't care we had made a reservation weeks before and was very rude. The hostess got us a new table no thanks to the manager. Food was impeccable. Would recommend but call to ensure you aren't in a booth.

Always enjoy Choos for great quality and service, however, I tried something different tonight and was not a fan. The teriyaki Chilean sea bass was saturated with teriyaki sauce and the peppers were all undercooked. I didn't tell the server, it is new years and they were extremely busy. Steaks and seafood top notch just this dish is not great

Celebrated husband's 60th birthday. I mentioned that in reservation. No acknowledgment until I told server. No complimentary dessert. Server said they would put a candle in whatever we purchased. After spending $500, that was odd and left a bad taste. I was hoping it would be a special night but it was just a night out. Our wine and water glasses were all dirty. Server mentioned that everyone worked late the night before for New Year's Eve. Glasses should still be clean. The positive: The food was delicious.
Went for New Years Eve. Our waiter was great. Food was very good. I had the New York strip sampler. Chopped wedge salad was awesome. Organic apple pie to finish. I would recommend.
