Stopped by Gumbo Limbo last night for a sunset cocktail. We have been coming to the Ritz for years and have never encountered such a rude and dismissive bartender as Liz. The interaction with her was so unpleasant we ended up leaving. Very disappointed.

Cool spot for the atmosphere. The food was surprisingly pretty good for the most part. Pricing is appropriate for the location. Would definitely come back. Wait times on average are 1.5 hours so keep that in mind. If you bring stuff to enjoy the beach, that's the best way to kill the time. Would definitely come back!Parking: Valet parking is free but make sure to tipKid-friendliness: Yes very much so with the beach nearbyWheelchair accessibility: Somewhat... depends where you access from

One of the best places in the universe. Tables by a sunny beach with great food and drinks and service. What more could you want?

Dinner at Gumbo Limbo was amazing. Appetizers, burgers, quesadillas and tacos were great. But it’s the service at this beachside restaurant that’s over-the-top excellent. We had a party of 6 picky adults and everyone felt like they received the best attention making this a memorable experience for our group. And All this was performed by the staff during the extremely busy sunset period. Special thanks to RaquelKatie, Savannah M., Nica and Baga for all the attention and effort!!!Ed

Our meal and sunset viewing were exceptional. Our waiter, Baga, was attentive, offered great suggestions and really made our experience great! Raquel accommodated our larger group with the perfect table and checked in on us during our meal.Katie, Savannah M., and Nica were also attentive to our needs.Truly one of our best experiences here in Naples!

It's the Ritz, need I say more... best view in Naples for a bite and a cocktail. Service is top-notch, one of the few places you can grab a bite on the Gulf in Naples.

As a local, coming out to the Ritz for a nice dinner, I was severely disappointed. The prices were fair for the atmosphere and I expected to get what we got even though the menu was super limited. The drinks and food were just ok. As a former employee of the JW Marriott on Marco Island I expected the service to be off the charts. My experience was nothing like that. We had an order taker. Zero personality. Just an “are you ready to order”. They didn’t return to the table frequently. Waters went empty. Dishes sat on the table when other food came out and it seemed as though there was no sense of urgency when they finally came to remove the mess. No manager came to table touch our table. I’m avoiding putting the servers name on this review because the fault isn’t only on him and whoever is responsible for hiring and training them should take some of the blame. The only thing that saved this review from receiving 1 star is because of the atmosphere that the restaurant and staff had nothing to do with. As a local and now business owner who has over 17,000 guests a year visiting our tour company, I will sadly not be recommending this restaurant to anyone.

The food is just meh and very expensive for what it is, I could have cooked it better at home to be honest. The drinks… oh boy, the drinks deserve an award but for the worst that I ever had in years. To sum it up the quality is just a highway dinner with high prices and a great beach

Took my 82 yr old mother and a dear friend (both locals in our 60’s) on 2/23/24. Very Disappointed!Pros: Gorgeous grounds and setting overlooking the beach/Gulf of Mexico. Sunset was spectacular!Cons: Got there at 4:30pm. Waited in line 30 min just to put our name in for a table for 3. After putting in name, we were told it was another 2 hour wait to get a table. (Yet there were at least 10 open tables.)Waited in another 30 min line to get drinks.Drinks were good but expensive. $20/ea.Hostess stand staff and bar staff were not very friendly and seemed grumpy.Left right after sunset. Valet took another 20 min, pulled up our car, but wanted to make me go to the front desk and pay $25 since I couldn’t find my bar receipt to prove we dined there. He was super rude, but with a HUGE line waiting for cars, he angrily asked us to leave. We never did get a table but received a text at 7pm (on drive home) saying our table was now ready. The Ritz is absolutely beautiful in a wonderful location but the poor service and waiting lines were a huge turn-off. Won’t be back.
