terrible service! always leaves with no one at front desk to take order or closes early. owner makes his money so he doesnt care but hope everyone sees this. la fitness needs to can this business and put in a good owner!! staff is always rude!!

Ordered online. Got message that my order would be ready at 2:05pm. Walked in to pick up at 2:07pm and the lights were off and no one around. Took my $ and no smoothie. Says they’re open until 6pm. C’mon. Do better.

They have no one working there. I'm from out of town and didn't bring my smoothie stuff and expected to get one after I work out and the person they have working takes the longest lunch possible even though it says he'll be back. They could care less about the smoothie bar as they're random breaks and no one else can do the job smh don't go if you're looking to be refueled after an intense workout.

Most smoothie places are ok but this one is really impressive. The varieties of flavors are exceptional, the staff is friendly and professional and the place is always kept clean. Great place to take your whole family for a smoothie.
