Loud but fun atmosphere. Service was crazy because we never knew who our server was is different people kept waiting on us but not when we needed them. Had to keep looking for servers to help us and also the food was typical bar of food nothing to write home about.

A very years ago I tried Jack's. I sat down everyone act like I was invisible. I just left. Today 2/29/24 I tired to give them a second chance this time I called for takeout, the second person that took my order was so rude! Rushing to get me off the phone, did not take my full order, didn't ask for my sides. I will not pick it up. I will not pay for whatever random sides he pick or if any. Never been this turn off by over the phone service ?

Omg. We gave up eating out BUT this place….soooooo worth the travel from South Naples or considered East Naples. Doesn’t matter… I had the French dip which was better than South Jersey and hubby had the blackened chicken fettuccine. Just happy we found a place that is worth the money after 10 years.
