This Jeremiah's has been excellent in the past. But tonight the product was substandard and dining room needed attention. Will try again but very disappointed tonight.

Jerimiah" Italian Ice is always the perfect choice. This was the first time at this location. This is not actual store but a walk up and order. There are tables outside to sit and enjoy the ices. The best Gelati! You have to try the orange ice with vanilla ice cream it is just like creamsicle. The service was great and the staff was very friendly. The location is in a shopping center and there is ample parking.

I left there about 30min ago, I walked in and there was immediately no one at the front. As soon as someone came out to take my order, this young lady’s entire demeanor was off. She was leaning up against the register screen and had an attitude the whole time I ordered. She was about to hand me my icecream when I asked nicely if she can add cookie crumbles on it as well. She rolled her eyes at me and paused for a good 10 seconds and didn’t say a word. I then stated if it was a problem to just leave it. Again, she didn’t say a word and handed me my ice-cream. Soon after she hands it back she then explains she’d have to charge me again, i stated that was fine if she did. She left who knows where andnever came back, I stood at the front waiting. Eventually, i just left. I understand people have bad days but, this experience made me feel like my presence was such an inconvenience for her. Other than that incident , my cookie butter icecream was great. (,:

Instead of serving customers, the employees are hiding in the back hallway near the bathrooms making out with their boyfriends and having customers wait or leave because no one is up front doing their jobs.
