Went with two friends who decided to share a pizza. I ordered a veal dish. My friend’s pizza came and I encouraged my friends to start eating while I waited for my order. They finished eating and I still hadn’t received my dish. Waitress came over asking if there was something wrong with the pizza since I wasn’t eating any. I replied that I was still waiting for my veal dish. She disappeared to find out what happened. Reappearing a minute later to say that the kitchen was “heating up the veal”. 20 minutes later, after my friends had completely finished their meal my veal dish arrived. I politely said I deserved some consideration on the bill for my $30 dish. Nothing was said to me until she brought the bill stating the manager was giving me a $3 discount on my very, very late arriving dinner. The Manager never even had the courtesy to apologize for the awful service. Needless to say the waitress was not happy with the tip I left as I had no other recourse. The veal dish wasn’t even that good. I will never go back.

Came in for a quick meal on way to airport. It did not disappoint. Everyone loved their subs. Can't wait to come back and try the stromboli, pizzas and homemade desserts. Very authentic food. Service was great.

We've been there 3 times in the last few months. It's a good, neighborhood pizza and pasta place. Nothing fancy but tasty food, served quickly. The restaurant is chilly, so we always take a sweater. We'll be back.

Disappointing ExperienceI've been a frequent customer at this restaurant, but today marked my last visit. The blonde, middle-aged waitress crossed the line when she shushed my restless three-year-old, treating him as if he were an unruly animal. This not only upset me but also tainted the entire dining experience. To make matters worse, when she brought the bill for our $100 meal and we left a $12 tip, she audaciously questioned why we only tipped $12 on a $100 bill. It's disheartening when a place you used to enjoy is marred by such unpleasant service.

I came in 30 mins to close after a long drive. I wanted a GF Pepperoni Pizza. Irma and Jasmine delivered. I was thrilled. Be back tomorrow!

Try ordering a “margherita” pizza! It’s the ugliest pizza my family has ever seen! Good lord! “Well that’s how we make a margarita pizza” they said. Wow…NO. That’s GROSS. Nice enough to refund us at least. Learn how to make a basic pizza, owner!!

Just moved into the area and was looking for a solid local place - this is it! Really nice local pizzeria with very good food. Had a cheese pizza which was great. Will absolutely come here on a regular basis.
Personally, I think it's one of the best pizzas in Naples. So do my kids. Garlic knots are incredible (but they have gotten skimpy with the size). They used to be huge. Other Italian dishes are also excellent. Perfect NY style. Why not a 5? Service........they need more wait staff. One lady can not keep up with a dinner weekend crowd on her own. That's not fair to her. Definitely a minus, especially if you are with young kids. Plan on waiting awhile for food. This place is crazy busy during dinner. Rightfully so, the food is great. Everything tastes great. They Just need more wait staff. I would highly recommend the food. It's excellent.

Went here for dinner with my grandparents, sister and husband on a Suday a few weeks ago for dinner. Overall a great place. Menu was large, food was delicious, establishment was clean, staff was friendly. The only issue I has was with our specific server. They took about 10 minutes to get to our table to take our drink order (they thought we had already gotten drinks since there was 1 beer bottle on our table). We ordered 2 appetizers, the antipasta salad and garlic knots, and only one came out before the meal since we had to remind the server about the second. When we would ask for water refills the server would acknowledge it but would tend to forget so we'd have to remind them. If it weren't for this server's fellow coworkers helping them deliver food and refill drinks, I'm not sure we would have gotten anything in a degree of timely manner. I gave the staff 4 stars because of our server's team, if I was simply just rating the server themselves I probably would give a 1 star. I am usually very understanding when places are busy, but to barely be acknowledged, checked on and constantly having to remind our server about things really stunk especially since they had an automatic 20% gratuity for a group of 5 (which I thought was odd since normally it is for groups 8+ or even 6+). We wouldn't have gone less than 15% because the server still worked, but we definitely were not going to give 20%.Overall though would definitely recommend and plan on being back in the future!
