The staff were very friendly and professional! It was very clean and they got our food out quickly! The fries are delicious I would totally recommend 10/10!Kid-friendliness: The ow era have children so it is a wonderful environment especially because kids can be messy! But they were amazing!

I ordered a lobster roll, lobster salad, and 3 lobster Bisque. The salad had rotted lettuce and spinach beneath the lobster. It was dark and slimy. The lobster Bisque didn't have hardly any lobster in it. The lobster roll had a big glob of mayonnaise in it and not up to par. I returned the salad and one Bisque. It appeared to be closed because it was dark in there. Both times we walked around and looked into the front door. It was open so we can't understand why it was empty and dark. Most businesses want customers to know that they're open. We all had stomach issues afterward. We won't be back. Something isn't right.
The Maine lobster was real. plentiful and fresh. The bun was warm and a good size. The chowda was very good as well. The a/c was broken so we sat outside although there was a rain downpour. We were planing on taking them to the beach and watch the sunset ...At $21.95 we had no issues, we'll be back for sure.Ray C.
I went here to eat and had a Connecticut lobster roll and a lobster bisque soup.. the sandwich was a great amount of lobster and the bisque was creamy, buttery tasting and had a lot of lobster on top! Wow!! My friend had the sliders .. I liked everything so much that I a.pplied for a job and work here now.

Had to come to Florida to get the best Maine lobster roll... 3.5oz of lobster on a perfectly toasted bun. Robyn's personal touch made the experience even better.

This is The Connecticut Lobster Roll, it's amazing! I loved the lemon to go with it. The chips were munchies to eat on while going back home. I also enjoyed the Lobster Bisque to go with it. It was definitely creamy and the lobster roll was such a good hit to dip it into. The total was 34.13 with tax. I would definitely go again. It is a little pricey but if you were to take yourself on a nice day, I would suggest coming here! Yahve served me, he was very nice and polite. You could tell he made it with love! The wait wasn't bad at all, I understand because I believe he was the only one working. But it is totally fine with me.

The quality of the lobster at the Naples location was not worth the price, bland and somewhat rubbery. The bread used for the roll wasn't anything to rave about either. The staff were friendly and competent but the food was not impressive at all.
