At one time they had the most authentic Italian food in Naples. NOW A COMPLETE DISASTER!!Called 4 times no answer. Submitted an order line which totaled $141.00 paid with credit card online. Got there all of their cases with product were completely empty!! Two employees said that T 6:00 pm the only they coul do was one thin crust pizza. They had no other food in the store!! I drove 30 minutes to there! NO apologies !!Nothing!’ Still no credit to my account. I have NEVER seen anything like this. Why take someone’s money for an order you can’t fill!!!! The city should make them close their doors forever. I still can’t believe.it!

Ordered a 18 inch thin crust and the cheese was burnt was put into 2 boxes also ordered a 12 regular sausage peppers and onions the crust was not cooked all the way thru very disappointing will not buy from them again

This place is a hidden gem. We never ordered online so I don’t know how well they are doing with that. But every time we go in person it’s never a miss. Delicious, fresh, big portions. And they even managed to adopt their pizza for us (half with cheese/half dairy free, bc some of my kids are lactose intolerant). Thanks!

I ordered through Uber Eats. My first order was modified by the restaurant deleting Sphagetti with meatballs they did not have Sphagetti.I placed a second order and third order. I got the message through Uber app, that pick up is ready. When I reached the place 30 minutes after order placement, the restaurant was empty and I saw two staff sitting in customer area. They said they cancelled the order and did not check my second order. They asked me to cancel the order and were not ready to look at my phone app which said "ready for pick up".I have communicated with Uber eats to refund the amount.If you are planning to order food from here be careful, the people who work here do not take you seriously. Go somewhere else.

Stopped in this afternoon, at 115pm... Saturday, there were 2 young guys inside "working". There were no other customers, except for us. We were going to sit outside, as it beautiful. I opened the door to let them know we would be dining outside. They didn't move to come outside, so I opened the door and asked for menus, the one behind the counter pointed at the ones on the counter. I then asked if someone would come out to take our order, or if we had to come back inside and place our order. They said we had to come inside. So basically, we had to serve ourselves. We left. Yerrible customer service. one was listening to music, the other was drinking a drink.

On 10-29-21 I was on my way home from work and wanted pizza. I tried to call and order ahead of time. No answer after going through their phone que 3 times. Finally gave up and drove there. There was a sign on the door saying "Closed for maintenance till November 8th.". It would have been nice if they updated their Website, yelp and phone message to say they're Closed for a week. ALL of them said they were open. Beware.

On 10-29-21 I tried to do a phone order. I went through the phone prompts 3 times, no answer. Went to the restaurant to order in person. There was a sign on the door that said "Closed for maintenance till November 8" Their phone recording nor their website says NOTHING about them being closed. Beware

I ordered 5 large pizzas for delivery at Collier Regional Park for a birthday party. I paid online and added a tip for delivery. I get an email 15 minutes before scheduled delivery time saying they don't have a driver available. TOTALLY RUINED OUR PARTY! If you take the order and charge your customers you should at least have the courtesy to call if there is an issue. Also, they don't answer their phone. Stay away.******** Edit 8/23/2001 ********As long as you are looking into the issue you should immediately reverse the $108.80 charge on my bank account.

I only really review if something is either outstanding or quite awful. This was unfortunately the latter. Bad pizza is easy to do in Florida, but this has to be the worst pizza in the area. Tasted like Elio’s warmed up, maybe worse. Artificial tasting and obviously filled with some sort of preservative. And charged over $3.50 for each slice!!! If I weren’t very pregnant and starving, I wouldn’t have eaten… but then again it felt like highway robbery so I probably would’ve endured.

We were looking for a last minute pizza so we find Manginos and wow what a disappointment we order a large pizza and took it home and the top was cook but the bottom was still raw I throw the pizza so that said how bad it was I don’t normally do reviews but this one yes.
