The attention of several McDonald's has been very bad, I have received screams and abuse from employees. I see that the McDonald's company here in Naples, their employees do not have human resources, it is outrageous that such a prestigious food chain is damaged in this way, my experience. With food, with a bad smell in the meat, raw meat, abusive attention towards me and my family, incomplete food when I got home, I really don't know what happened to them with the quality of the food, and the attention to the public is bad. .... ?

If you go inside this McDonald's don't expect counter service anytime soon, I think they would rather have you use the app or drive through. Kind of sad how the world has changed this way, no customer service for such a simple task..

I sure hate leaving bad reviews. But this is far and away the laziest McDonalds I've ever seen. Is corporate paying attention?

We went to order breakfast sandwiches. We ordered six total. We received four. We had to argue in the drive through for a good few minutes to get our other two sandwiches. When we got home the extra 2 sandwiches. They put in our bag where items that are not even on the regular menu. When we took those back the manager claudia was very rude. Told us it was our fault for ordering something that was not even on the menu. We have gone to this McDonald's consistently for a few years. This is the worst location in all of naples. The management does not care the employees are lazy. And they are continuously making orders incorrectly. While McDonald's is good, this location is absolutely horrid. And it has everything to do with the management.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Richard at McDonald's is an absolute gem! His warmth and kindness made our visit extra special. Not only did he flawlessly take our drive-thru order, but he also went above and beyond by inviting us to dine inside and shared wonderful conversations. His charisma brightened our day, and his exceptional customer service truly stood out. Richard is the epitome of a fantastic employee. We left with smiles on our faces, thanks to the sweetest man ever, Richard!

It was the last place I had eaten right before all the sores appeared in my mouth.I visited this location at night, ghetto unprofessional and rude. I was made to go around the drive thru multiple times.You are McDonald’s. If it’s that tough to make a Big Mac without DOING something to it quit your job. I’m definitely sueing.

I have the McDonald's app; this is my "home store." When they first started the app, deals were plentiful. Now, they are sparse. Depending on the corporate needs, the app gets better or worse depending on the stock price. For the vast majority of my orders, I have fine service. My food is hot, french fries hot, soda cold. I have never returned a meal for a problem. Very consistent in getting things right. Mcdonald's is about consistency. The food and interior should be almost the same. What you get in one store should be the same in all stores. I like this store and recommend it to anyone asking where the best McDonald's is located.
