We used to have a Menchie's in Raleigh that we frequented and were sad when it closed. We were excited to see one in Naples and decided to visit. The establishment seemed very clean with some sample cups on a tray for tasting. I tried the toasted marshmallow but it was too sweet. I ended up getting my favorite -- Dulce de Leche along with pistachio and strawberry. The cashier asked if we had a loyalty number so I put in the one I used to use. I had $5 on my account so that was a nice surprise. The froyo was as yummy as I remembered and we sat outside on a beautiful Naples day to enjoy it.

Normally I love coming to Menchie’s and have nothing but good things to say when asked about my experiences. However, tonight I had my first bad experience and I left empty handed after already filling my two cups full of froyo :(.When I first walked in I noticed there were two employees at the counter so I smiled at them and immediately stopped in front of the freezer to check for a plain tub of the flavor I wanted prepackaged. When I didn’t see it I went to grab a 2 of the smaller cups instead. Before I filled them I tried to ask the employees if it would be possible to get a larger tub since all I wanted was plain froyo or if they had to fill those themselves. Before I could even finish getting out my question, one of the associates who let me know her name was faith, started gesturing towards the froyo dispensing machines. When I was able to finish my question all she responded with was “no we can’t, did you check the freezer”. Mind you I walked in not even a minute before and stopped right in front of them to check said freezer. Overall in that moment I could immediately tell that out of the two employees, faith didn’t seem to care for helping me and was a bit more frustrated that I interrupted her mid (what seemed like personal) conversation.I ended up filling my cups, however when I went to check out and realized how much more expensive they were going to be (literally triple the price) I had to pass up on my purchase. I do feel really bad for filling both containers and not buying them but I made it clear to faith and gabby (side note I’ve been served by gabby before and she’s always been polite, as she was today) that the reason I asked before hand about the larger container was because I knew it was cheaper plain in the tub by itself and if I couldn’t get it like that/at that price I would have been happy to come back another time.Both the girls seemed understanding at first, however after I walked out to leave and was in my car, I looked in my rear view to see faith clearly talking and gesturing her hands to “imitate” me filling the froyo cups. I really could’ve dealt with everything leading up to that and still felt like I didn’t have a truly “bad” experience but the mocking I felt in that moment just tipped the scales. This behavior is the reason why it’s often uncomfortable to speak with associates and ask for help.

Perfect place to have frozen yogurt. So many flavors and possible combinations ?. You can let your imagination fly and create a masterpiece of all the delicious things you like: chocolates, m&ms, kisses, all types of nuts, fruits, syrups and more. The staff is very friendly. The place is very clean and cozy. One of the best destinations in Naples to take your kids and the whole family.

Menchie's never disappoints! This location was great with sample cups available, lots of flavors, and lots of candy in stock. The staff was very welcoming and nice. There were indoor and outdoor tables which all appeared clean. I'd definitely go back if I'm in the area again, but I rarely pass up the chance to have self serve frozen yogurt!

Lexi is very friendly and kind with the customers. She helped us out with samples and gave great recommendations. She also jumped in to help others while having a great attitude. The frozen yogurt is always good but Lexi made it an even better experience.
