We are first time customers from MA and ordered two pizzas tonight. My sister was buying one and myself the second pizza. My sister's credit card went through and I went to use my credit card and the cashier said the WiFi went down. So we waited for the WiFi which did not come up. The cashier called ? Manager and they wanted me to leave my credit card information on a piece of paper as I do not carry cash and neither did my sister. I am not sure what other customers did if they did not have cash. Good customer service would have been to give us the pizza not our fault no plan B if this company has WiFi issues. We did not have enough pizza for our family and our pizza was cold. I will not return.

My recent experience at the pizzeria left much to be desired. We ordered a cheese pizza and a customized pizza without cheese, topped with mushrooms and onions. Both pizzas featured an exceedingly thin crust. The cheese pizza, while passable, did not stand out in any way. However, the customized pizza was a letdown. The flavor was lacking, and the use of canned mushrooms and raw spinach and onions on top of the pizza before baking did not meet our expectations of a quality pizza. We were disappointed by the lackluster quality of the ingredients and the overall taste. We believe that the pizzeria has the potential to greatly improve the quality of their offerings.

The website says the restaurant prefers Slice for deliveries so that's what I chose. Bad decision. The food was over 30 minutes late and cold. I can only assume that people leaving good reviews on here have never really had good pizza. It was - ok. Crust isn't great and sauce is bland. I won't be ordering from here again.
