I would have given a higher rating however, BEWARE - if you are a seasonal resident and subscribe to the monthly, good luck getting it canceled when you leave Florida. I have been charged 2 more times since I left Florida and the only way you can cancel it is on their website. That process is horrible and you don't know if the request goes through, you get the pleasure of waiting another month to see if your card is charged again. I actually liked the convenience of the location since I wash my car every day and the quality of the wash was good. JUST DONT sign up for a subscription if you are a seasonal resident unless you want to waste hours of your time trying to get it canceled.

Buyer Beware!Been using this car wash for over 2 years but since the new owners took over the service has gone down terribly!I canceled my monthly contract with them over 3 months ago and they still charge my credit card monthly, I have spoken to the manager and the owner about this issue they apologize and say they will correct the problem but it still continues!I went there yesterday again because I was charged and 2 other customers were there with the same problem!

DON'T DO MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP. I cancelled my monthly membership and they continue to charge my credit card. For months I have had to go in and argue with them that I canceled my membership. I have now got my credit card company involved. There are much better car washes in the area for the same price.

Been a member for 9 months. Last time brushes broke my right mirror. The manager took report and said owner would contact me, went back 6 times trying to reach him. If never called or tried to contact me.

The main reason I use any car wash is to get rid of bugs stuck to the front of my vehicle... bugs ruin your paint... but the barrels are never changed and are always nasty with filthy break dust water...Be there soon to cancel my membership

I've been coming here and in the carwash club for past 6 months or more. Overall it's pretty good but the last few times here the brushes have peeled off my rear wiper blade, not the whole arm but the blade. Went back to retrieve the blade today and there were many wiper blades inside the wash for the worker to bring to me and see which one was mine. Obviously this is a carwash issue and not my cars issue because there were so many on the ground. My suggestion to management is you get those little baggies that you put over the rear blade for your customers especially those in the monthly carwash club so that we don't have to buy a blade after every wash here. I'm actually surprised this carwash does not do this already because it's pretty common to see this in most carwashes, especially those selling a monthly club. If this can't be corrected I will probably have to switch to one of the touchless carwashes that don't use brushes down the street from your wash.

Car looks worse than when I brought it in for a wash. Machines aren't tuned right so you get actual gobs of hardened wax all over your vehicle. Dries poorly so water spots everywhere over the car. The 1 star is for the free vacuum. Save your money and headaches, avoid this place

so I went down the street and I was treated pretty pretty unfairly all I wanted to do was get a car wash but before that I wanted to vacuum out the sand from the driver side literally less than a minute I needed with a vacuum because I went to the beach earlier and I had sand in my mats and then I was going to get a car wash but I wanted to vacuum it out first and anyway that's a whole nother review you can check that out because they treated me badly. so now I came down the street to flash convenience where Thomas the manager helped me in every way that he possibly could we helped me figure out how to do the bug stuff he helped me set up unlimited Wash unlimited washing plan and he was just very nice and friendly their parking lot is not confusing I was able to vacuum my vehicle first before washing my car and he even came out and put the sticker for my unlimited washing plan on my vehicle for me. thank you Thomas and everybody else for basically just making my day easier and being so helpful and friendly and not making me feel stupid for not knowing what I was doing ? thank you thank you thank you you guys are awesome and I can't wait to come back and get my car washed again and again and again

No car wash. As stated on the other post no one working the counter, The women from the dunkin donuts had to find the cashier working gas station, I paid at pump then went inside to get a soda Pepsi 20oz was on sale 2 for $3.oo dollars rang up $1.99 I told the cashier about the sale stickers and she said I dont know they just ring up that way. Now this is the second time this happend first time the owner said OO next soda of us, I went back to get gas and take her up on that offer, Guess what that never happend, and the same stickers on still on soda, I called her cell phone again this time she didnt answer, As I was walking out I noticed a very young kid in the Dunkin Donut in a working zone holding a small pan, My mom snapped a pic turns out it was a good pic because in the enterance there a sign saying Employee Only. I will NEVER NEVER come back to this gas station, There a reason why this gas station has switched owners over the last few years. It clean, But not worth my effort caring if this place fails again, The employee are paid to be there nothing else, Prices are over priced, Car wash is over priced and not the best in town, Go to simply Clean car wash on Airport Puling Rd. they offer free vacumes,Free bug scrub area, and an great wash at a good price, I am a local here so for me its cheaper to do a membership its pays for its self. We have a family plan with 5 cars and will be canceling ASAP. Also spreading the word around. Thing is, we have commented and complained, but no one seems to care. UPDATE: cancelled our membership. You would think the lady asked what happened, nope. Not a question. They simply don't care.

Car wash is finally open again! And they had a sale, which was great because the prices for a wash were a bit high. The automated system worked well. My car was cleaned pretty well, although there was still a bit of soap on the back.
