The entire experience as well as the food were amazing! Our waiter, Alexander went above and beyond in every way possible. We were celebrating our anniversary and they gave my husband and me both free dessert! My son and I both had the “Ocean” Sushi and it was the best I’ve ever had. My husband’s steak was cooked perfectly. I would highly recommend this Ocean Prime!

Just had dinner at our favorite restaurant in Naples. The Chilean Seabass is wonderful and so is the peanut butter pie. Our server Thomas did Great and made sure we had a perfect evening.

First of all, everything was overpriced. Next, we were seated in a back corner by the restrooms while there were plenty of tables available in far more desirable locations. The waiter got my order wrong. The braised beef was excellent - all 3 bites - but the lobster was like rubber. Not at all what you would expect at Ocean Prime!

We celebrated my fiancé’s Birthday last night with dinner at Ocean Prime Naples. The Naples staff went over and beyond to ensure that all who attended has the most amazing night! AJ, who is one of our fav staff was able to make the reservation for us in a pinch and ensure we were taken care of. The Manager on duty, Maxx, was just incredible! Maxx got us a great table that allowed friends to stop by for a drink and he checked on us all night! He got the table décor perfect and took great care of the custom cake. Our server, Lauren was spectacular! She was so attentive, caring and patient! Her section was overflowing, and we still felt like her only clients! She made sure the birthday girl always had a drink and paid close attention to my food allergy. The experience was second to none and that is why OP on 5th is our fav restaurant in Naples!
