Only one server covering the shift. She did phenomenal juggling all the tables by herself. The ribs were a bit dry, but still very tasty. Lots of BBQ options but tasted the best without any sauce on it. Baked beans were a runny and had a too much liquid. But taste wise, was very good. The fries were good, and fresh out of the fryer (fries not in the picture because they came out separate). I liked the atmosphere and decor inside. Outdoor seating was available.

The host worked hard to get us a table, he was the best part of the whole experience, our food was disappointing, wait was long, Mac n cheese was cold, out of Brussel sprouts and pecan pie, waitress did not check in with us, others seated and served ahead of us, overall the worst food experience this year, it is also very loud in there, guess it's geared to the college kids

We have been wanting to try the new Off The Bone in Estero for some time as we really enjoy good BBQ. We finally had a chance on Presidents Day February 19th around 1:30. We stopped in to the store front and we were created with a sign to order at Pelican Larry's. We were not planning on having a drink but decided a cold beer for me and a glass of wine for my wife would be good. We went in and it was not busy as the inside bar had two other couples. We had a seat and after about 5 minutes we were asked: "what do you want" ? We asked if we can order some BBQ from OTB and he said yes. We asked if we could see a couple of menus and then several minutes later he handed us menus. We asked if we could order drinks, he was like yes what do you want? We ordered the beer and wine and did get those fairly quickly as he sat them in front of us and continued his conversation with another employee. I asked if we could order? My wife wanted the "Smoke Show" (Brisket Sandwich) and I ordered the "High On The Hog" sandwich. After about 20 minutes I asked the bartender where our food was, and he said he would check. A few minutes later he comes back and says it would be about 10 more minutes. After who knows how long the food was brought out. Hoping the wait was going to be worth it, and we were totally disappointed.! Absolutely the worst BBQ. the pork was slimy and had a bad taste, the Brisket was very dry and more like dried beef. It was also supposed to have horseradish sauce and it didn't. After flagging down the bartender and interrupting him he asked what we needed. Ask for the horseradish but it really didn't help it at all. Bottom line, don't waste your time or money on this terrible tasting meat. The service was subpar as well, so if we could have given NO STARS we would have.
