I'm giving this 5 stars as overall we enjoyed the experience, however and to be helpful not merely critical, the food part deserves a 4 and the wine pairing a 4.5. The food itself quality wise was good, but execution and sometimes flavor failed at times. For example the sous vide pork roulette was served almost cold, the smeared brown sauce a miss and visually pretty unappealing, the artichoke dish covered with arugula leaves and shredded cheese - another miss. That said, the lobster pasta, sensational. Compared to some of the tasting menus we have experienced in places like NYC and Paris this was regrettably a long way off, remembering that at @$200 a head with wine it's not exactly inexpensive. The highlight however was the wine pairing and the very passionate and knowledgeable server. Yes not all selections quite worked, but that did not dimish the fun and theater of the presentation. Again, with a little more study and trial, this part of it could go from good to very good. The very last comment is location...very very strange in a rather down market little strip mall. But what the heck...that might in itself add to the fun factor.

What an experience! The chef is an artistic mad scientist, creating dishes you will never eat anywhere else. We ate at a Michelin star restaurant in Tampa and Old Vines blew that one out of the water! Can’t wait to go

Read a nice review in the paper a few months ago and wanted to try it. Good friend went there and told me it was excellent. It's in a strip mall between a vape shop and a karate gym so they are definitely keeping the overhead down. Inside, it's completely different. Nice ambiance, great service (thanks Troy). It was a five course meal with a couple add-in bonuses. Made me feel like I was at a Michelin star restaurant in Copenhagen or Napa. There is nothing else like this in Naples, trust me. The whole dinner took 2.5 hours, so plan accordingly. I really hope they make it. Such a nice addition to a town known for food.

Came to Naples to visit for the weekend and we wanted to treat ourselves to a memorable dining experience. The service, food and ambience definitely exceeded our expectations.Admittedly, when we drove to the location, we were initially taken aback as we did not expect for the restaurant to be situated in a strip mall. However, going inside the restaurant and being greeted by the friendliest attendant, we realize we were in for a treat. Looking back, I kind of appreciate now the restaurant's choice of location and very casual interior design and atmosphere, as Old Vines Supper Club's concept revolves around giving an unpretentious dining experience, stripped down of all the bells and whistles of the usual fine dining restaurants, with the main focus of providing spectacular flavor with their creative tasting menu. The overall atmosphere allowed us to better appreciate the whole experience.Amuse Bouche: Carpaccio and Deep Fried Polenta Cake, topped with chimichurri. Strong start. Loved the contrasting texture of the deep fried polenta cake and the lightness of the carpaccio.Dinner Roll and Butter: The chef again demonstrated her attention to detail as she served the most flavorful butter we've tasted. The rosemary thyme butter has great flavor, and paired perfectly with the warm poppyseed dinner roll--crisp on the outside; soft, tasty and pillowy on the inside.First Course: Husband got the fluke crudo, and I got the white asparagus panna cotta--I loved both dishes. The fluke crudo is reminiscent of a deconstructed sushi roll which I like. Both dishes were very light and fresh-tasting.Second: Poached Hogfish: Hogfish perfectly poached. Serving the carrots charred improved the flavor and the overall taste of the whole dish. I could not enjoy the spring peas puree as it was a bit overseasoned, and having it with the other components overpowered the other flavors.Third: Husband had the braised beef and broccoli raviolo, and I got the seared halibut. I liked husband's dish better, but I still enjoyed my halibut. Menu said the halibut came with a jumbo lump crab, but I could not taste nor see it in my plate. The heirloom beans were quite heavy though and somewhat overpowered the halibut. I would suggest cutting down on the beans... But overall, still a good dish!Fourth: Stuffed Quail. I loved this dish! It paired well with the "farrotto" -- their version of risotto.Dessert: Chocolate and cherries. Not sure if it's a bad batch or intentional, but some parts of the torte and/or ice cream felt a little grainy to my liking. This slight letdown did not really greatly affect our overall rating to the whole experience since we were quite stuffed and satisfied when we got to the dessert.Overall we had a great time at Old Vines--great concept, great choice of food components, very sophisticated menu. I loved the intimate setting and comfortable ambience. Definitely one for the books.

This restaurant is absolutely spectacular! Not only is the food absolutely impeccable, but the service is amazing and the setting is intimate. Brooke and her team really know how to put together a very sophisticated menu, and the prices are more than fair. The dedication to the art of food and wine really shines at this restaurant…I even had my wedding rehearsal dinner there, and all of my guests were talking about it for days! Definitely give this place a chance - I couldn’t recommend it more!

When I think of Naples, I think of a restaurant town. Great selection and great food. Old Vines Supper Club is now on top of my favorite restaurants in Naples. Chef Brooke presented us with one of the most fabulous meals I have had in years. Her attention to detail and the flavor pairing were spectacular.I was concerned when I arrived in the parking lot. I said to my wife, there can't be a great restaurant in this strip mall. WAS I WRONG. Enter through the front door and prepare yourself for one of the finest meals you will remember for years. ENJOY !
