The service at this location tonight was atrocious. We were seated in the bar area which was noisy. We got our drinks and bread fairly quickly but then sat for a half hour and I asked a runner if we could order and he replied I’ll check. No waiter came and the runner came by our table several times ignoring us. Finally a waitress wakes by and I asked her if we could order. So she took our order and after 15 minutes we got our salad. After another half hour still no food and we were about to just leave and she said our order was the next one up. We finally got our food after another 20 minutes and our steak was overcooked but by that time there was no way I was sending it back. When I talked to the manager upon leaving he said they had a computer glitch(give me a break the computer doesn’t cook food). We were not the only ones complaining and I felt sorry for the table that had little kids who were hungry. 2and1/2 hours is a ridiculous amount of time to wait to be served. We will not return to your restaurant or ever recommend it to anyone

We had reservations for 20 people (a month in advance) and we had one server who had been on the job 5 days and had the whole room. No manager on site to talk to...no one came to help her...no one but she could take our credit cards. It was a disaster. We felt very sorry for the server. She did her best.

Mac and cheese was busting. The steak I asked for well done and it was pink, my waiter took it back to cook it some more and it came back a little less pink. Lost my appetite. Chris the manager was very nice and he made sure I wasn't charged and made it not so bad of an experience with his understanding and professionalism.

Yes, DO NOT GO HERE, you won’t get service ! Went in at 4:10 pm on a Saturday Few tables . We were party of 3. Sat down and no wait staff came to table. Had to get up and ask front desk host to get a wait staff at table . One finally came 10 minutes later. We wanted to order our meal but the waitress told us she was only taking are drink orders . 15 minutes later still no waitress and the drinks were dropped off by someone else and they were incorrect . Since no waitress ever came back and other tables were getting food and they were in after us, we walked out. No one even apologized . Will never go back and will tell our friends and family the lousy experience. Plenty of other choices . Just seems ridiculous you can’t handle a handful of tables , what happens when it gets crowded ?

Well tonight I had a party of 8 of us for Dinner. Outback North not too busy.They gave us a young man who just started Service was Terrible. Poor Mike, was totally lost we waited 30 minutes to get drinks,he needed help. Took our orders and we was totally lost we arrived at 6:00 we had to ask for our food after 45 minutes as our server asked us if we wanted dessert and we hadn’t received all our meals that we ordered. Terrible night at Outback North. It’s time to get some people that want to work. Worse service I have ever seen in a long time. I am done with Outback for a long time.
