Made a reservation for Easter Sunday dinner with the family reservations for 1 o'clock 8 people this is obviously too much for staff and management to understand because I got here 30 minutes early and have been STANDING waiting for a table for over an hour why did I bother making a reservation a party of 7 walked in and was seated right away right in front of us I will not ever be a customer at outback again last time I was here they cut my filet almost in half to see if it was done they can't even hire people that know what there doing

Wrong again! I ordered for "take out" and received no bread, no cinnamon. Last time... no mashed potatoes, no sauce on something else. Avoiding this specific location from now on. Hire people that can actually READ.

This is much more a review of the personnel than the food. The food was good, hot and just what we ordered. The service (Brandon the server, and a new bus boy…his 3rd shift ever) was spectacular. Congratulations to these two young men, their work ethics and their attitudes! We will be back just because of them! Also, kudos to the management on the training you have given these young men! Way to go!!

Food was decent, but the service was horrible. Incredibly slow and the place was empty. Plenty of other local choices with better service.
Service was quick and efficient with several drink refills which I know is difficult while slammed during the dinner rush. Plenty of crying kids so the atmosphere wasn't great, but the food was excellent and all the employees were very helpful and quick. I'd definitely go there again.

Everything was great until we both received our steaks. Mine was ordered as medium and was extremely well done and charred. My husband’s filet was ordered medium rare and was well done. If you’re going to sell and serve steaks you need a cook that knows how to cook them at the customer’s request. Very disappointing and we won’t be back.
