PF Changs is our family’s go to place for great food and service. This location offers great food, quick and friendly service. ( Debbie is super fun and patient; great if you come in with kids!) The only reason I gave the atmosphere a 4 star is because it is lonely. I would hate this location to close because no one knows about it.

Our server, Debbie, and the manager, Deborah, were very polite and accommodating! Our entrees were quick and portions were generous. Everyone enjoyed their meals.I also frequently get takeout here and it’s always good. The gluten free orders are clearly marked. I do often have trouble catching someone to receive my food, but it’s always still hot by the time I get home.

Debbie is the best server ever. I love eating at P.f. Chang’s. The food is delicious, the employees are super sweet and efficient and work as a team. Also, I appreciate that Chang’s has kept its prices reasonable.
Today I was very disappointed because we drove 20 min from beach to come and eat there, we were with 4 little kids and all wet after the beach and I asked if we can seed outside. The man from the check in said that they don’t serve outside. They had a lot of space and tables outside. I was trying to explain that inside is too cold for us because we are all wet especially with small kids. But he was repeating again and again that he is sorry but he can’t help.We had to leave and find another place. This is very disappointing.

The food is always great, but our server during our last visit, Justyn, was outstanding. We understand he is new to the Naples location, what a fantastic addition to the staff!!!!2 weeks later, a follow-up: another fantastic meal WITH the tremendous service provided by Justyn. We even called out the GM to sing Justyn's praises!!!!

Great cocktails, good service. Several items on menu not available, sesame seeds added to dish as garnish ( not noted on menu). Season can be loud, reservation suggested. Staff were quick to make changes. Food was hot & tasty.

I have never written a bad review, however I feel this is necessary. I arrived at 8:30 the restaurant was not busy. I waited over 10 minutes before a manager took my drink and food order. The waiter finally came and said he was speaking to his manager. I ordered appetizer and entree everything came at once. The waiter never checked on me another waitress packed my left overs and got me more soda. The waiter finally returned and said he was sorry and he was doing something on the computer in the back for work.This was awful service and the food was mediocre.

Debbie is our favorite server and always makes sure we have great food, great service and personal connection! Food is consistently delicious with the banana spring roll dessert is the best!!!!! It’s hidden but worth finding!!!!

We enjoyed the stir-fried eggplant, Chang’s spicy chicken, Lettuce wraps, which was a birthday gift from P.F. Chang’s, and pork dumplings, beer, wine, & A Drink With No Name?, which was fantastic with the mango juice etc. I didn’t miss the alcohol but it could’ve been added if I wanted. Debby was our wonderful & fun server, with a dry sense of humor. 3 of us shared the above with leftovers to take home & enjoy again! Didn’t think about photos until after we ate everything?
