Be prepared to wait MINIMUM 30 minutes if you go through the drive thru, unreal wait times for mediocre & overpriced food.

Marc is a very well-trained employee he serves guests with respect and the treatment everyone deserves. He helped me out with a slight problem I had on my order and he took his time to figure out what was wrong and took the necessary care.

Don't bother using the drive through if you want a bowl. They don't offer them through the drive through! We even offered to pay at the window and pick up inside and they said no. Sooo disappointing when that's the whole reason we went there. ?

Really needs to step up to the old St. Louis Bread Co ideals, values, cleanliness and food quality.

Food is quite good. Only 3 stars because drive through is incredibly slow. I’d avoid it in the future.

I’m Glutton for punishment. I like their soup, and typically buy pick two. This Panera is closest to my home, and an added plus has been the drive through pick up feature since I’m disabled with mobility issues. My last 2 visits were grilled cheese with added ham. Both times there was no ham and the employee/manager didn’t offer to replace the sandwich with what I actually ordered, just gave me a free voucher. Which brings me to todays final visit.I didn’t feel like driving the extra half an hour to the better Panera so I placed a mobile order here for a turkey sandwich thinking they couldn’t mess that up. Well… I’ll just leave the picture below and let you decide if it was worth $12.

They get my salad order wrong every time. For $20.00 you would think they could make it right. How hard is it to make a salad. All the prep is done for you. Just put the stuff in the bowl. Over priced now and horrible service. Food is low quality. Will never go back!!!

I ordered on the app ahead of time, joined the drive thru line, and waited for 45 MINUTES. there were 4 cars in front of me. No drive thru should take that long…

PANERA BREAD IS LITERALLY ALL BREAD NOW- So looks like Panera bread lost its mojo since last coming here. Used to be able to get decent food. I bought a broc n cheddar bread bowl, and apparently didn't hear my name, so when I showed up it had curdled whith in a couple min. So I mentioned it and the employee made me a new one which involved taking a plastic bag and dropping it into a new bread bowl. What used to be broccoli and cheddar soup is now Mac n cheese with broccoli pieces. There is no soup. Part of the goodness of this bread bowl was that it soaked into the breadbowl. The pictures on the wall all say fresh ingredients, but im pretty sure they're lying as much as subway. Sorry to see Panera has lowered its standards this much and still charging the same prices. Wonder if they're about to fall off the map. TBH they still have good bread.

By far the most pleasant and freshest Panera in the 239. I find myself coming to a lot of different Panera Breads very frequently because of Sip Club perks and the need for a great environment with Wifi to study at, however, though this location in particular is one of the further locations away from my home, I continue to come back to this one, and with reason. Out of all of the locations I have gone to, this location by far has the freshest food, and is the only Panera Bread that I have seen that actually toasts and warms up their bread sides before giving them to customers. The employees are on another level as well-- Mark is always super friendly and carries a warm welcoming smile, Drew is always very polite and super nice, and I have noticed keeps very busy in keeping the place tidy. Though seeing Angel mostly in the back, I can tell that he brings a positive working environment for his employees, which, in return, very much reflects on the customers' experience when visiting this location. Many of my lengthy study sessions have resulted in me staying in here almost right up to close, and not once have I felt pressured or asked to leave, no matter how close they were to closing (very much unlike the Panera Bread at Tarpon Bay, where I get dirty looks if I come in for a mobile pickup order 20 minutes before closing). The music choice at this Panera Bread is great as well. I will continue going to this Panera Bread and will keep choosing them over the plentiful of closer locations to my home.

Panera Bread in Naples, FL is a family-friendly gem, providing somewhat affordable prices, great soups and salads, and a nice atmosphere for lunch or dinner. With multiple visits to various Panera locations, I'm always impressed by the consistent quality. It's my preferred choice when traveling.
