Ordered two You pick 2s. Sometimes when I order the sandwich (ham & cheese) I put it in as a Ham sandwich and add cheese & make a note to TOAST. This time I added a grilled cheese and added HAM and wrote please TOAST ham & cheese. Because believe it or not, so many people get it wrong. I hear the lady in the back say, why would they add “Toast” if it already comes toasted. Well guess what…. The sandwiches come out NOT fully toasted and the cheese is hard in between. Maybe you should have put more effort into toasting than mouthing off.

I specifically asked the cashier if teriyaki chicken bowl can be split for a pick two. She told me yes. When I was paying I noticed that my bill for two items was almost $18. She then told me that I was getting a full serving of the chicken and broccoli because it could not be split!! What?? Didn’t I just ask you that?? Then, I get home to eat my meal and find, the chicken and broccoli to be basically half of a serving. I don’t know why I keep giving Panera an opportunity to prove me wrong. They have not been the same for many years now, and I will not be returning.

I get a text and on the screen it says your food is ready for pickup, but it’s not! In the kitchen they push a button that the food is ready and then they let you wait for another 10-15 Minutes!! This is the third Panera Branch in Naples who does that! Why would you tell your customer your food is ready and then let them wait? Maybe they have a Timer from their Employer and they cheat by clicking it early so the employer thinks on his report that his employees are fast. It is just not ok!
