Great food, great service and good selection. The inside is a little noisy. Highly recommend an outside table. The chop salad is wonderful.

Unfortunately have to completely change my review of this place from the first time we came here last year. We are out of towners that made a point to come here based on how good it was last year, but it didn’t live up to our memory. All the meat was stale tasting and dry, my fiance felt sick for 6 hours after and when the quality of his meatballs was flagged to the manager they took 10% off just his entree - a generous $2 discount. Decent option for ease for a large group, but not a meal you walk away from satisfied.

From the moment you walk in you know you chose the right spot to dine. Pleasant aroma with a great vibe inside. Came in on a Saturday night and found 2 seats open at the bar. Tracy the bartender greeted us with a pleasant smile and a “ Welcome to Pazzo’s “ as she handed us the menus followed by “ What can I get you to drink ? “ .She than asked if we dined here before and suggested a few appetizers that were a must try as well as a few popular dinner options. Per Tracy’s recommendation we ordered the garlic bread and meatballs as appetizers. WOW!! Both were Outstanding!! Best Meatballs I have ever had in Florida hands down. They do it right with the veal , pork and beef. The sauce was outstanding as well. Garlic bread best I ever had as well. Oven baked, crispy and seasoned perfectly. Tortoloni and Linguine with clams were enjoyed by us both. Very tasty. Tracy made us fabulous cocktails as well. We will be back. A big thank you to Tracy and the entire staff at Pazzo’s for a wonderful evening. If you want great food and service in Naples this is your place.

I’ve been to Pazzo’s several times however, after my visit this evening I won’t be returning any time soon. The restaurant was not busy and yet our service was terrible. Out meals were average at best but didn’t match the prices.

This restaurant is excellent if you are into authentic Italian. Our server was excellent, which only enhanced the experience. We will be returning. Not on the menu, but recommended by our server was a grouper picata....outstanding.

Not as good as it used to be. $75 veal chop Parmesan was barely warm and the breading separated from chop. Definitely was prepared too early before plating. Waiter was rushed and would talk over you. Very disappointed as Pazzo! was always a solid choice.

We sat outside and it was a beautiful night. Our server, Hannah was awesome, attentive, and had great recommendations. We shared the lasagna as an appetizer and it was delicious. Our food was delicious and our tequila drinks equally good. This was our second time in a week and is becoming one of our favorite Italian restaurants on 5th Ave.

Our food was incredible! Worth every penny. Restaurant was very loud so if you're looking for an intimate experience with elderly folks with hearing problems, eat outside. Very highly recommend.

For over a decade this has been my go to restaurant for our first night in season when there's no food at the condo. We've always loved the food as we are from New Haven CT well known for superb Italian cuisine of all kinds. Service was still excellent and the mussels appetizer lived up to expectstions as did my wife's special lobster ravioli and her afogato dessert. But, I had the Vitelli del Prete, a dish I have had many times before. We have had to skip or tradition of first night for two years due to their expensive cancellation policy that is too risky when we're flying in. This preparation I had my heart set on was no a gooey mess of pounded, rather tough veal, a small amount of sausage, a pepper that was not a “long hot” and the worst, stringy thin broccoli rabe I have ever suffered with. My gelato was good. We were on a tight time schedule for Naples Opera curtain or I would have sent back and asked for something else. Although my wife was quite happy, I'm less inclined to return to our yearly visits.

Loved that they had valet parking behind the restaurant! Homemade pasta delicious. The bread wasn't as good as it sounded and they sat 3 of us at a round that could have easily fit 6. We huddled closer together which was fine but half the table was empty. I'd definitely go back though!

My husband and I enjoyed our dinner and the cheesecake for dessert. He had lasagna and I had the butternut squash ravioli- both very flavorful! We also had the garlic bread and Caesar salad- all great! I'd highly recommend this restaurant!

We were celebrating my daughter's birthday. I will say all of the food was delicious. However, our waiter completely forgot our appetizer until we reminded him. He was slow to get back to us and left us sitting for longer than usual times. The icing on the cake is when he boxed our leftovers there was oil from one of the dishes on the bag and every container in the bag. My husband had to clean up before we could leave and ended up with oil on his pants. Not what we were expecting for an evening at a nice restaurant.

Reservation for 730 PM got seated approximately 752 PM received food approximately 915PM. The waiter Jose was fantastic. The restaurant was extremely crowded and the kitchen was obviously overwhelmed or shortstaffed. The manager never came by to check on us although Jose did constantly, but there was little he could do about it. Jose offered the table one free desert at the end, but the other couple of my party were extremely upset. I was also extremely upset and so we asked for the manager, and when she came by, she listened to our grievances and give us all a free desert which was a good recovery, but in the end the food was average in my opinion, and the overall experience with the tables, all jammed in next to each other left no privacy. The noise level was unbelievable too and I think it was just too many tables jammed into a small space. I will not return.

Our second time here and the food was just as delicious as the first visit! I had the seared salmon and my husband had the chicken parmigiana. The salmon was melt in your mouth perfect with a light, sweet butternut squash glaze. My husband said he'll never order chicken parmigiana any where else! A high compliment coming from him! We left full and happy and will definitely be back!
