WORST SERVICE EVER. FOOD,EHH . WAITING DRIVE THRU 15 MINUTES ONLY ONE CAR AHEAD(HMM.) WHEN I ARRIVED TO THE WINDOW WITH NOW INFO ABOUT PRICE GIVEN (IT WAS ON THE MENU WHEN ORDERINIG) THE WOMAN THERE COULD NOT SPEAK ENGLISH AND MADE ME WAIT FOR THE EMPLOYEE WHO TOOK THE ORDER. HE WAS RUDE AND COULDVE CARED LESS ABOUT GIVING ME WHAT I ORDERED. THE ORDER WAS WRONG AND THE FOOD SINCE I WAS STUCK WITH IT WAS DRIED OUT AND/OR OVER COOKED. WORST PLACE EVER. I WENT TO POPEYES AS A KID IN OTHER PLACES AND IT WAS AWESOME. THIS PLACE IS JUNK. DON'T GO. OR, PERHAPS HIRE BETTER EMPLOYEES.Wheelchair accessibility: WORST.

By far my worst experience at Popeyes! We ordered a family meal with spicy and original chicken with sides. The manager/shift leader brought us our food, but couldn’t tell us which chicken is which. Upon checking our food, we were missing side items. We mentioned to the manager/ shift leader that we were missing sides. The manager/shift leader caught and attitude and began talking under her breathe.After she left the building, we asked one of the crew members for condiments! They claimed they had no condiments. Even another guest was complaining about they were not wearing gloves while they were preparing her food. She left unhappy and mentioned how rude this location is.Please hire better staff and managers at the 951/ Golden gate location!

Sat waiting in the drive thru for five minutes and no spoke to me. Drove up to the window and the worker was chatting up the person in front of me. Finally parked and went inside, and all of the employees just stared at me and then went back to looking at their phones. Finally a girl walked up to the counter looking at me like I was an inconvenience. Will never be coming back .

What a $hitstorm! Every time I go there, it’s an issue. Either the speaker at the drive up doesn’t work or the food isn’t available. No one speaks fluent English and I get stared at until I say it in a way they understand. Is there a manager that cares? Is there someone at the corporate level that cares? Food is always great, it’s why return. Always hoping a new manager or better communication.

I hate writing bad reviews. With close to 100 5 start contributions I only have one other bad review on my account. This experience slowly became the strangest and worst interaction with at a drive thru. First I spent several minutes waiting at an empty drive thru and decided I wanted to try the new ghost pepper wings. I was told they are out of Ghost pepper wings so I asked for 24 Parmesan/Sweet and spicy wings. I was then told they do not have any wings at all. I thought it was strange but decided to just order the bacon and cheese spicy chicken sandwich. When I got to the window I politely asked for blackened ranch. I was told they don't have any blackened ranch. I then asked for regular ranch and was again told they do not have any more regular ranch. When I received my food and asked for a receipt. I was then told there is no more receipt paper. This was a business meal so I have to have a receipt. The guy repeatedly said there was nothing he could do. At this point I became adamant and when he realized that I was not going to give up he finally ripped the receipt from the machine and shoved it in my window. That's when I got suspicions and realized that most likely everything he said prior was likely a lie. The receipt I received said duplicate which seemed odd. Finally once I left I realized I did not even get what I ordered. I ordered the bacon and cheese spicy chicken sandwich but got a regular chicken sandwich with cheese but no bacon at all. I even took pictures. After a few bites something seemed off so I didn't even finish it. I found the cashiers actions to be very suspicious and I can't imagine going back to this establishment. This was around 1pm on April 3rd in South Naples off of Collier Blvd.

The nasty's place ever ate in Golden Gate. My friend and I had lunch there today the food was so nasty and the place was very dirty. I will never step foot in that place again.

I show up after highschool games at 8 3 hours before they close and they never have food! And when they do they give the wrong food. Instead of hot wings BBQ wings instead of biscuits , they gave strawberry biscuits shut this popeyes down they

They don’t have a good service we were waiting in the drive tru for more then 10 minutes and I go inside we talkin about 8:45 pm an they like y have to order outside and that there machine is not working to order we had to wait till we get to the window an order there so I left they are open till 11 pm wouldn’t recommend to go

Just order 12 wings from collier blvd, NaplesNo sauce on the wings and they put drumstick in the box, do we not know the difference between wings and drumsticks.Absolutely horrible, I will never order from thrlthem again.
