This use to be a great place to come for good food and service. Not anymore. Today the food was not plated on the correct plates. Eggs were runny. I asked that my biscuit be warmed in the microwave instead of grilled. It arrived cold, fresh out of the fridge. The waitress said she would bring me another, but it never came.Never again. Don’t waste your time on this place. There are other places that value their customers.

Always have such a good experience here! But this review is for Darlene (Manager)!! I often sit at the bar and while the whole staff is wonderful, as a server myself, I can appreciate how amazing Darlene is to her team. Every time I’ve come in she is always assisting with food running, seating, taking payments, answering phones, etc.. all while talking to and treating people with extreme kindness. I admire how she treats her regulars especially the older folks . If you haven’t been to this location before, try it out next time and say hi to her! Thanks for being you Darlene!

Their omelette is delicious as well as their creamy potato pancake. Unfortunately, being French, we were disappointed by the tasteless “French toasts”. A very good place for breakfast or brunch.
Texture of the corned beef hash very distracting - just all "stringy". Taste good texture distracts.

Beware if you order togo!!! You more thank likely will not receive the extra items you payed for. For instance extra sides of eggs or meat, or anything you may need to enjoy your meal and the extra money payed for those items. When I called to let them know I'm missing items from my order, I was told it was though Uber so there's nothing she can do. I told her I understand that but what you can do is your job correctly by looking at the ticket and making sure the items are in the order. I'm paying extra for addition items and not receiving them constantly to the point were Uber flagged my account thinking I'm lying. That's why I decided to call the restaurant directly. The young lady also stated that their location is the busiest in Naples... which I quickly said never too busy to do your job correctly. If that's the case you might need to find a new job. I work in this industry and I have never used that excuse to not fully perform at the level I'm getting paid for. This is a constant issue here... and it's really upsetting because the food is good if you receive it!!
