Sofra might just be my new favorite restaurant. We had the most amazing experience with a special thanks to our wonderful waitress, Savval. She was so kind and treated us very well. The ambiance was beautiful as well. The food here is so flavorful and you're bound to try something you've never had before. The dishes were robust and complex offering many new experiences for my taste buds. I'm quite a foodie too. We got the Muhammara dip, Atom and artichokes to start. The dip was my personal favorite. Their pita bread blew me away too. The beef and lamb entree was to die for!!!!! I highly recommend. Truly every bite I had was magical. Thanks Sofra and Savval for the best evening. Go to Sofra if you want some of the best Middle Eastern cuisine there is in Florida.

Excellent service and food, during a busy night at the Ritz the restaurant was relatively calm with 40% of the restaurant filled but seemed less than that due to setting that is spread out. All service was on point and the Greek food was outstanding, best Hummus we have ever had, and Shrimp Messa fabulous. We will return!

The food, and service (thanks to William), were both excellent. We ate outside on the large patio area on a beautiful night. It was not terribly crowded which was also nice. Would definitely go back. There's really no view to mention -- it's not on the Gulf, and the pool is on the other side of a gate and wasn't visible from our seats -- but the food is worth the visit.

Wow! This was by far the best meal we had during our trip to Naples. The food is delectable. I would have loved to order more dishes to try, but we were completely stuffed. Even the bread is five stars. The restaurant is comfortable, and the service is excellent. Truly, the wait staff is friendly and on top of every single thing - they work together beautifully as a team. Do not sleep on this restaurant, it is fantastic.

The food was all delicious. Shrimp appetizer , eggplant salad , humus, vegetable and chicken kabobs. The staff was kind but inexperienced. Very long wait for appetizers. Extra side and appetizer dishes were not picked up from table. No room to eat . The check took forever to come and it was very dark at the table. The remaining table lights taken away which made it harder for us to see. This kind of slow and inexperienced service surprised us from the Ritz !

Absolutely LOVED every aspect of Sofra. The staff was amazing the ambiance was beautiful. But most of all, coming from a foodie, the food has such amazing flavors. I know a good resturant when I don't have to use salt and pepper—and i didn't even THINK about it here. I HIGHLY recommend eating the menu as family style — sharing. We had 3 appetizers, and 3 entrées for 5 of us! Still stuffed!! But so yummy.

Every item was delicious—the sea bream, the vegetable kabob, the hummus, bohrani and baklava—were all items we would order again! We had perfect wine pairings thanks to Lexi Stracham. Austin was a knowledgeable and friendly waiter. The ambience was pleasant and we are delighted to have discovered Sofra!

Don't usually dine at a Eastern Mediterranean restaurant. Sofra was excellent, Will was a great waiter and made excellent recommendations. We had the Braised Artichokes, vegetable dumplings, hot shrimp appetizer, for entree the sea bass and braised beef , both in the Tangine style. All had great and unique flavors. Highly recommend to try Sofra.

Very noisy. We were outside on terrace but noise from inside restaurant almost seems to be magnified thru open glass doors/ windows. Place tables further out on terrace and find a way to landscape/ hide fence around pool. Service and food were outstanding

Well. We showed up on time for our reservation. They took us to our table and we sat for 20 minutes before anyone even came by and acknowleged us. So when the server finally came - we politely left. Ritz Carlton level service - nope.

Our server, Sevval Giden, was outstanding, she explained all of the menu items and her suggestions were right on. A delightful person who represented the Ritz as we expected. Only negative was person at reception desk who tried to get us to sit inside, when there were many outside tables available on a beautiful night. We had made the reservation for an outside table and finally he gave us one. If I were upper management I would point this out to him. Bob Bogardt

It's a very nicely designed restaurant, but it's not inside, there is a ceiling, but it's open to the pool area. We didn't mind because it was pretty cool out but if it had been warm, I would've been disappointed. Food was nicely prepared. However, I ordered a chicken kebab and the chicken Seemed like it was a poor quality. Almost inedible. Overall I would not be back. 200 tab for three people with no appetizers or desert.

Oh my goodness!!! I can't wait to go back. If you like this type of food (Eastern Mediterranean) you are in luck! The Colliflower! the octopus! the hummus! No room for dessert. Wonderful dining experience
