The workers are painfully slow. Takes them about 10 minutes per drink. 30 minutes to get mine only being 3rd in line. Ironically the target is empty too, so it’s not that busy of a location.

Shameful. Deceptive and misleading. This is the busiest Target with an overcrowded parking lot. No drivethru. I ended up going down the street to Seed to Table which has clean bathrooms, and an amazing indoor coffee bar with super strong coffee. Way more affordable!

Place doesn’t have bagels, doesn’t have a siracha. They take 20mins to make your order. Poorly managed. Starbucks is a multi billion dollar company and can’t get their stuff together.

Very misleading when you're on i75 and searching for a Starbucks only to find an overcrowded Target sitting in front of you. Super deceptive and disappointing. Head to Seed to Table on the west side of i75! Incredible coffee!

It is very uncomfortable that they receive you in a bad way, especially a girl who has no idea of customer service she should not be there because she throws things to the customers, she does not speak or deliver the order in a good way. She seems that she was angry even with her own existence.

Let me know why this is the only starbucks in Naples that is charging an extra $1.10 for light ice??? I get the no ice just like all other starbucks but not a single one charges 1.10 for light ice. Pine ridge target does not do this either it's only this one!!!! I asked the manger at the Starbucks on Collier and they said that they should only be charging for no ice. This place is over charging you!!!!! I paid 7.33 for a refresher! I will be in contact with corporate!!!!!

Kelly or Kerry denied to take my order since it was “8 pm and they were closed” while shamelessly taking the order of the person in front of me. Both of us were in line before 8 and the person in front of me happens to work at Target. Very unprofessional and ugly attitude from the employee as she ignored me after I told her I was in line before 8.

It's so sad to see the poor customer service at this location. At the beginning of my interaction I was curious about the refill policy at the same trip at target. Before I even ordered my usual coffee I asked the barista what kind of coffee I can get for a refill. He was new he didn't know anything no one knew about it. They told me that the coffee I was talking to them about that was part of the refill policy so I got that. When I came back for my refill i asked before standing in line if I can do my refill and I explained my order again to them and the girl said yes that I should stay in line so I did. Once I was at the front the new cashier needed help and the four of the other coworkers were just talking instead of helping him. He didn't know what to do and then the girl came and told me I couldn't do a refill when I asked her several times. I would never order coffee here again or recommend it to someone else at this location.

My friend, her sister, and I dropped in right around closing time. Lauren served us and was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind and sweet, reminded me of Cinderella almost.
