I decided that march 22 I would treat myself to coffee from Starbucks cause lord knows it ain’t cheap I pulled forward towards the speaker and I ordered a mocha cookie crumble with coconut milk and a bacon Gouda sandwich got too the window grabbed my order and went too work never had a issue with any other Starbucks so what is the difference here got too work sat down too eat when I realized I didn’t have the right sandwich better yet I had somebody else’s sandwich my mocha cookie crumble tasted way too much like chocolate they didn’t use coconut milk cause after my second sip I was super sick the whole order was a mess first time and last time I use this store

Honestly, this is a poorly managed Starbucks location. We've been going there regularly for the last 3 years -- we were spending $700 a year there -- and it has now declined to a point where we won't go back. At this location (you may only experience this if you go inside), you can expect the staff to be aloof, the restaurant tables to be dirty (you have to ask them to clean a table for you) and the drinks to be made wrong on a regular basis. And don't question them; they often make up excuses or passive-aggressively argue with you. Plenty of other Starbucks are better than this one. The Marco Island location is actually one of the best with a consistently good experience.

After picking up our last minute fixings from Fresh Market, mom and I decided we needed a pick me up before heading home. Unfortunately, the time we stopped here the drive through line was super long so I figured it would be best to just go inside. While inside, I noticed there were a lot of baristas, but none of them looked like they were actually doing much. I walked up to the front and a girl slowly sauntered over. I do not think that I talk fast. But I must have considering, the girl taking my order made me repeat myself at least 4-5 times before she could put it into the computer. When I thought everything was said and done, she asked if I was ordering a Frappuccino or a cappuccino. I thought I was very clear by ordering a cappuccino with one shot of espresso and lots of foam. But I guess I was not. It was a painful ordering experience. I will not be returning to this Starbucks.
