Just went today for the first time. I’m from New York, Long Island and can be a bagel snob. I got a cinnamon raisin and it is pretty good! Soft and not hard or dry like so many other bagels around. The customer service also seemed straight from NY haha love it. Cute place. A little too pricey for coffee and pastries are $5 each but I guess that’s Naples! Will try the breakfast sandwich next time.

The blueberry muffin tastes great. The bagels are 2 bucks each plain. but as soon as you add anything, they jump to about 10 bucks. Which is expensive. However, the main reason for the 2 star review is that all the coffees are all 8 bucks, which is asinine. There is NO justification for 8 dollar coffee unless it's a hand pour of Eseralda Panama Geisha, which is clearly not. Even specialty coffee shops don't sell coffee for 8 bucks.

I have lived in NYC and grew up in Nj then lived in Philadelphia the last 8 years so you can say I know good bagels. And yes Philadelphia has some great bagels, actually my favorite bagel is from Philadelphia from Korshak’s which is temporarily closed.Anyway, for a Florida bagel it’s good but it’s not quite up to my standards of being a great bagel but they will fix your craving compared to most of the other bagels in the area.I ordered an everything just sliced with butter so I can truly taste the bagel and it lacked that nice crust that’s usually formed from boiling and baking the bagel, it was there but just lackluster, not sure if maybe the hot bagels were dumped into baskets and the steam softened it up or what. Wish it had more of that fermented dough flavor. The everything seasoning was plentiful on top and bottomed which i loved and it was plentiful but seemed to have very little garlic and onion and I didn’t taste a bit of salt, plenty of poppy and sesame though.I also had ordered 2 bacon egg and cheeses one on a croissant and another on an everything bagel. I don’t mind spending $20 on two bagel sandwiches (croissant was an up charge of $2.25!) but I expect to have a nice thick egg and a good amount of bacon. Both had two pieces of bacon and what seemed to be one small egg on them, nice amount of cheddar cheese though but just seemed to be a bit lackluster for the $20 they are charging. This was my first time here but compared to Brooklyn dough which is even more expensive but they pack their sandwiches with a healthy slab of egg and a bunch of bacon and cheese, well, I’d have to go with Brooklyn doughs sandwiches. The register operator was extremely nice and expedited my order quickly and accurately and the only reason I dropped a couple stars on service is that when I got to the register he received a phone order which took precedence over my order and as soon as he bind up he got another call which again took precedence over my order and really jammed the line up. Not sure why the solo reg operator was taking phone orders.

Decent bagels, outrageous prices. $8 for a latte. The sign says $5, but apparently it means it’s $5 more than the regular coffee price, which is $3. What??You know what I love when getting a coffee in the morning? Fine print!

A traditional bagel doesn’t get any better than getting it from this place. The staff was super friendly, smiling and had a fantastic vibe. The bagels were out of this world. Old fashioned will always win the game! Thank you!

Came here on a recommendation.Sorry to say, won't be coming back.Bagels were hard and we waited over 30 for 3 breakfast sandwiches. Seems like they were picking and choosing which orders to do. If you ordered something simple those were made first. Multiple patrons were complaining about the wait.Definitely not worth it for $35.
