I ordered online in advance 9 subs. They should have been ready at 9:05. When I get there the person said Im sorry I just opened. I guess he was a manager, dressed all in black. (The location supposed to open at 8am) He said Give me 15 minutes and everything will be ready. 15 minutes later only 2 subs are done. 40 minutes later 7 Subs were ready and I had to cancel two of them, because we were super late for a boat trip which we almost missed. No refund, No Im sorry. All the subs were made WRONG and without a single desire to look good. Really the worst Subway experience ever, and sadly I love Subway. I should have take pictures. Really dissatisfied and disappointed.

I never complain about Restaurant but this is my 3 time I go there is close I went 8:00 first time 8:35 second time todays 8:15 they Told me is close the people there don’t want work worse place ever

The service is so slow. I've only been here twice and both times, they have needed to catch up on online orders and make me wait. Not to mention, they don't make sandwiches, they throw them together. Not coming back.

I ordered on doordash for a 12" roast beef sandwich with sliced avocado and I did not get that so I obviously got my refund for the sandwich and I called the place and I said Hey I'm just gonna reorder here it was wrong it's fine I guess but is there any way I could get extra avocado on this half because I paid for a 12" and I only got a 6" with no avocado and the lady that answered the phone I'm assuming her name is Mary Beth she's like oh of course let me just make you that full 12" sandwich again with the avocado and she asked me what kind of cookies I liked and she gave me a raspberry cookie and thinking I was only gonna get one she gave me several so she is probably 1 of the best employees there thank you for your service and kindness!

Slow. Bread was hard. Didn't have a steak then didnt want to do meatball because he didn't want to do the dishes after. Settled for regular sub and he could not get that right.

Horrible! Toaster doesn’t work and it’s been like that for a month and bathrooms are terrible.

I don't live here so I only come here when I'm in town but please stop giving lazy people jobs. Came here at 8:30 and the door was locked. The white lady working tonight 04/27, was on her phone behind the counter. She said she was close, another person came after me and same thing. She is closing the store early because she does not want to work. I prefer the black lady that used to work there, idk what happened to her.

They made each of the three sandwiches wrong. I ordered delivery. Each sandwich was a meal but they didn’t include the drinks. Nor did they include the 6 chocolate chip cookies I ordered. Then they didn’t answer their phone when I kept calling repeatedly for 30 minutes until I finally gave up.

I have NEVER been disappointed at this location. I have written off every subway in greensboro except this one. My food by some modern day miracle is always extremely fresh at this location. I always go through the drive through and the food is fast and delicious it’s so good I had to write a review! So good today lol! And you know with subway these days if you get a good sub it’s truly a miracle ! Will be back !
