Had a great time here- unfortunately it will be the last. It's closing end of May. And being demolished for a new condo complex. WTF?! This place has been around since the 1950's and it was a true gem! The grounds were amazing. You will be missed NBH!

Gorgeous views from every angle here at this resort. The restaurant was always busy and had wonderful options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The view itself was worth it regardless of whether or not the food was good. Which it was. What a beautiful place this was so full of history and culture in Naples. It is extremely sad they have closed.

Valet only but if you spend more then 50 dollars, it is complementary. We came to watch the sunset and have dinner. We sat at the outside beach bar because there was a very long wait at the restaurant but we were expecting that! It was a very nice atmosphere but quite hot without umbrellas. Beautiful views and sad to hear it will not be around much longer.

Went there for a family outing last weekend. Rooms were dirty and maid service didn't come till 2pm. I can see this place closing down.

What a terrible shame!!!!! :( This place could be sensational. Worst experience ever!! I have been going to see the sunset for over 20 years, I took my family for the first time 04/16/2021. OH MY GOD!!! DO NOT GO THERE, PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE THE BUSINESS. There was not even a lot of people. I was waiting to order a refreshment for my Mom-in-law and a wine for me. I stood there for over 30 minutes waiting for the bartender "Ashley" to just atleast say, please wait a minute. So I flagged a very nice server and ordered with her. How sad, :( the service was horrifying. Too bad Ginny and the good staff were not there to represent your organization. I remember there were people 5 deep at the bar and Ginny would serve "everyone" and all left happy to see the beautiful sunset.

This hotel was an older property that I heard was going to be plowed down in May. Even with this knowledge, the owner/manager did not just turn their attention away from maintaining a clean, comfortable, and inviting atmosphere. The rooms were very clean. The restaurants offered delicious meals and friendly staff. Quite honestly I would have loved to go back in the future. Unfortunately the hotel will no longer be an option after next month if the talk was accurate. I would recommend this place to anyone who wanted a beachfront stay. This was my daughter and my first solo vacation together and I plan to make this a tradition for the two of us.

Friends for lunch before it closes forever. Food was mediocre...burger bland, fries good, grouper tacos average, drinks expensive, service average. Nice beach front, Gulf view if you are on the beach or perched on a barstool with a small counter sitting in a line. Our Table for 4 was near the bar and often the mixer made hard to hear and carry on a conversation. Told over the phone the other restaurant was reservations only and attire semi to formal. Really? For lunch? Obviously misinformation on the dress code...people were not all that dressed up... just not in beach attire. Sad to see another piece of old Florida being lost to the wrecking ball but maybe a better restaurant will be built.

Sundays are fun at Sunset Beach Bar. Drinks are good -- salads are huge. Cheap and tasty bar food. Party atmosphere and great service. Everyone was social distancing out on the patio, not so much in the bar.

Chaotic seating. Decent food. View was spectacular

We had our wedding here in 3/2021, and it was absolutely perfect. Jessica was our coordinator and really did an amazing job. We had our ceremony on the Ocean Lawn and our reception in the Chikki Hut, and these spaces were perfect to accomodate our intimate group of 32! Jessica not only walked us through the planning from the tablecloths to the ceremony procedure, but she even helped to finalize our wedding favors and helped me (the bride) to coordinate some surprise donuts for my groom! It's a shame that this hotel will close and not be available for weddings after May 2021, and I am grateful we were able celebrate our special day here. Would recommend! Also, I had my bridal hair and makeup done at the salon on property, and Arlene did an AMAZING job, I really felt like a beautiful bride!

Beautiful place for a nice, relaxing lunch. We were sitting on the beach but it was a good break to sit under the umbrella at the restaurant and enjoy their chicken salad platter and grouper taco with a couple of glasses of Rose. Oh, and our server was super nice, very helpful with choices and has a pleasant smile to boot. I'd recommend!
