Cheesecake Factory is the most unique and breathtaking restaurant experience. The food is a bit pricey, but absolutely delicious. The servers are friendly, informative and helpful. One complaint, however is that the bathroom trash can was overfilled and spilling over. But that may have been just a rare circumstance. Overall, if you’re a foodie (like me) you would enjoy Cheesecake Factory!

My son and I meet a work friend here to catch up. Our server was (Charles) he was amazing ? he explained the specials, had a great smile, & wonderful presence! You can tell he enjoys customer service. We will be going back more often for all the wonderful healthy choices new to the menu that are out of this world!Vegetarian options: The restaurant has a healthier selection with less calories drinks.

Worse place I have ever been to. First waitress only took half or our order said I'll be right back, then ordered well done burger came back pink, they said let me get you a new one. They brought me back same burger with bun and toppings cooked. Gross. My ice tea had to be replaced because had floating tea grounds in cup. Come on Naples- just horrible and an $163. Bill. Never again
We were there for lunch and were very impressed by the good food. Even if it was “just” salad, burger and spaghetti Bolognese.We took cheesecake with us for the afternoon - wow it was good! We ate it for two days because it was so powerful!The service was very friendly!

I've been dragged in by friends/family countless times and always walk out extremely disappointed. Very overpriced and never less than $60 for 2, always end up getting indigestion/upset stomach from greasy mediocre food. Would try and refund if servers weren't always annoying/overbearing. Good place to eat if you're 70 years old and years of smoking destroyed your taste buds, hope to never be brought back.

The food here is always good and I visit often. My favorite is the Steak Diane with its delicious sauce. However I am offended that they charge $4.95 for a glass of unsweetened iced tea (no price is shown on the menu for soft drinks or tea so I only learned this after a previous visit when I saw the charge on my bill). While I almost always drink iced tea with lunch, I refuse to pay such a outrageously high price. So now I just order water, and the restaurant makes $0 on my drink. I understand that restaurants are struggling, but that is just getting too greedy.
