Negative experience here. 22 Canadian year old not being served a beer because the ID is “invalid”, even with 2 hard copy IDS and a copy of passport with is the law. Last visit we ordered a burger with no avocado came out incorrect was sent back.. came back within a couple minutes.. kitchen staff had just flicked the avocado off the burger and given back the same plate. Thought we would give it another try but definitely would not return.

Excellent service thanks to Mario! Good was phenomenal, so fresh and flavourful. Every meal we ordered was amazing, the red city mussels are amazing, coconut shrimp also a huge favorite.

CANADIANS BEWARE. The Dock will not serve you drinks with a Canadian drivers license or a Canadian health card. They insisted on seeing a passport. Nobody carries their passport around. We went to the Naples Pub at Venetian Village instead.

Excellent place to unwind, and dine by the water. We had the best waitress, Ramona!!! She was kind, courteous, and extremely helpful with the food choices and together with the chef were able to prepare a tasty seabass plate for my husband that is turning 60 today. We so much appreciate her recommendations and fun spirit. We hope to return at some point when traveling through Naples.
