The Hampton Social in Naples is located inside the Mercato shopping area. We have been here several times and the food and service is always great. The staff is very friendly. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. Make a reservation cause they book up face. There is live music inside on certain days. There is a large center bar and the restaurant has a modern chic atmosphere There is parking but there is also a valet which cost about $13.

Horrible waitress who forgot about us and then when we brought that to her attention, she brought the manager over who listened to us, but did not try to do anything. Take anything off the bill for food that was not acceptable or offer, dessert and consolation, and then the waitress brought back the bill and slammed it on the table in anger. Do not recommend this place. The food was mediocre. It could've been a good experience with good service.
We LOVED our waiter. We unfortunately don't remember his name but he was amazing and in tune with our needs. Made great suggestions and always checked on us. Food was amazing!

Hostesses were not very friendly, and our server she was very short with us and snapped at us a few times when we asked questions. We were thinking of leaving and going to Capital Grille. There is too much competition to put up with this type of service, and we won't be back.

Tonight we celebrated a birthday dinner with friends. We greatly enjoyed the atmosphere , and energy , there cocktails were fun and flirty The food was flavorful , and creative Our waiter Vlad Was attentive and made sure we didn't have any questions or dietary concerns , Regarding the menu. The general manager stopped by our table to make sure we were enjoying our selections We highly recommend The Hampton. Definitely will be returning

Everything about our meal was perfect -- the Balsamic glazed skirt steak with asparagus and street corn was really fantastic and service was superb. The only issue was we were unable to talk to each other (only two of us) for the entire meal. I'm not into shouting at public places. When we arrived I heard the incredibly loud music and asked to be seated as far away as possible, but the hostess even told me then that the music is actually piped to the entire restaurant. Yes it is, speakers running at capacity. If you want a place to and listen to loud music you'll love it. If you're picturing and evening of dining and conversing possibly with music in the background, you are out of luck -- unless unlike me you like to shout.
