I normally do not post something negative about a local restaurant but I’m so disappointed with my last experience I must. First of all, True Food has always been one of my favorite places to go! Food was always consistently prepared and delicious. Service was always on target as well. However, things have changed … the last two meals I’ve have there are to say the least not to the standard that they used to be. The menu has changed & so has the quality of food. Favorite salads are no longer on the menu. The bun on my turkey burger was as hard as a brick. The new potatoes were not edible! Not even sure what the black stuff was on top of them but completely unappetizing to say the least. Now for the service … it was not busy at all! It took almost 1 1/2 hours for the three of us to get our dinner. A turkey burger, a grass fed burger, and a cheese pizza. We were served without flatware or napkins. When I left I actually made a call to my daughter to tell her that her favorite restaurant has made a mad turn for the worst. It’s very sad …

Whilst the server was pleasant, the sangria wasn’t, in fact it was nothing like sangria. The Meatballs took longer than a read of war and peace ( changed order) and the pot roast wasn’t as described, beef in a bun and some dried out potatoes.I can now understand why the other restaurants on the other side of the Apple Store are always packed. Has potential, but not today.

Outdoor seating with cover, fans, and heaters if needed. Food is on point and can meet any of your dietary restrictions. We stayed in the area for 5 days and went back several times for the ease and atmosphere. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Specialty drinks and happy hour menu also available. A definite must!Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free and vegan...clean utensils and surfaces, no issues with cross contamination.

True Food is an amazing place with excellent food. They are one of the few who actually have grass fed beef which was cooked to perfection and tasted amazing. Patrick the chef is hands down the best and is very friendly and accommodating!
