New owners. Do not go here unless you like sauce and cheese on a cracker crust. Not good at all!

When I got there to pick up the food, they couldn’t find our order. Then the “Philly cheese steak” tasted like black pepper. The meat was mushy and the bun was burnt. $13.00!! Awful.

Great Tavern style thin Pizza! Reminds me of authentic Chicago Pizza!

Good pizza, but we need to wait for long time.

Pizza is not your typical chain style pizza. Very good. Knocked down one star because they didn't deliver the dipping sauce I asked for. Still good pizza.

This is the best pizza you can get anywhere. Ordered the Chuckwagon. Phenomenal!! The Philly is also Fantastic!

Ordered pizza from them since someone recommended. with pepperoni on 1/2 and Italian sausage on other half. When pizza was delivered the toppings had all moved to center. Worst was the crust was very burnt on bottom. I called and spoke to manager and he said very sorry. And no refund or credit offered. I told him I was new to the area and 1st time ordering from them. Still did not care. I will not be ordering from them again. Very very poor!!!!

Horrible across the board. On Sat 1/29/22, I ordered a large pie with a Salad at 6:30pm for delivery to our hotel not far. 1 hour later, still no food. I called and was told the order is still being made and will be there by 8:30pm. I reminded them that this was 2 HOURS later from my order time...he apologized and said they were "understaffed"..Typical BS Excuse. When it finally arrive over 2 hrs+ later, the pizza was a complete Disaster...too much cheese, sloppy and tasted disgusting. I told my wife to stop eating it, so we could toss it out. I'm from NJ folks, we know good and bad pizza...I can't fathom how anyone here gives this place a 4 star rating. Go elsewhere, it's terrible.

HORRIBLE! WOWA We were looking forward to trying this place as it came recommended. We ordered lasagna. Not only was it not good it was burned about a quarter inch through. It was impossible to cut. We ordered extra sauce on the pizza which they must have interpreted as "no sauce" since there was almost no red on the crust at all. I am so disappointed. Going to eat a big desert so I do not go to bed hungry.

Being from NYC originally, I often judge most pizza place's harshly and deservedly so. I expect pizza to have that special texture along with the correct proportions of cheese and sauce and when I don't get that , it's always a disappointment. Valentos looks run down and the staff, the few that were there, seemed mostly disinterested in being there or selling me pizza. The cashier barely put down his cell phone long enough to take my order. Also having never eaten here before , which I told him, I expected he would offer some choice options or advice. None was forthcoming. I decided on a small cheese pizza, figuring this would be my safest option. The crust was thin, but so over cooked that the pieces basically crumbled in my hands. There was a decent amount of cheese and sauce and the overall taste was no awful, but this is definitely a place I would never feel the need to visit again. Nothing about this restaurant makes you wanna be a repeat customer. At this time I was the only customer and the staff did absolutely nothing to see if the pizza was good ? Did I need anything ? Not a word, just talking on their cell phones as if I didn't exist. Not the best way to encourage repeat business.

Tonight we ordered from Valento’s Pizza and Hoagies for the first and last time ever.Ordered a large pepperoni pizza and a full garlic bread order(4 pieces of bread). The pepperoni pizza had pepperoni all along the crust and barely any on the actually pizza itself and was tasteless. The supposed garlic bread was just an order of over toasted bread with butter and some parsley with zero garlic. This was definitely over priced and under-delivered for $25.58. Needless to say it ended up in the garbage can. A total waste of money and time. Would have definitely been much better enjoyed a frozen Publix pizza. Never again will I order from this place.

We placed an order for delivery at 5:30p and we were told it would be an hour and fifteen minutes. Called to check on our order at 7:30p and were told it was on the way. At 8:00p we were told the driver was just leaving? Then at 8:20p we call again and were told that our order was delivered to the wrong address, and they were hungry so the driver left it with them!! No phone call from the restaurant to explain the error. The staff at Valento's was willing to refund our money, but did not offer to remake and re-deliver the order!! Terrible experience, will not be back!!

We had it ordered to our room. Delivered in a very timely matter - 35 minutes from call to the delivery despite the fact that they're 3 miles away from the hotel. As far as the pizza is concerned, very pleased - extremely thin crust with lots of cheese and pepperoni on it! Will definitely order again!
