We came to Watermark for my 30th birthday dinner. It was a Wednesday night. We walked in and were seated immediately. The decor is really fun to look at. Really set a fun vibe. Our server was Carrie(I apologize if the spelling is wrong) was very attentive, polite, and personable. All of her recommendations were spot on. The complimentary bread and butter while you wait for your food is delicious. My boyfriend got a blackened mahi dish (I don’t eat seafood so can’t remember specifics) with mashed potatoes and green beans. He loved his and ate all of it, except the green beans, because I probably ate half of them because they were so good. They were perfectly cooked and seasoned. I got the chicken Alfredo, hands down the best Alfredo I have ever had. It wasn’t too rich, it was very creamy. 10/10 amazing. Our drinks were good. My boyfriend liked his beer, I had their punch cocktail. Because it was my birthday, they gave me a free crème brûlée. This was my first time having crème brûlée, and it was also delicious. We enjoyed our meal so much we returned the following night. We order a steak and chicken parm. Both were cooked to perfection and flavor was spot on. The only thing bad I have to say is this restaurant is 2,500 miles away from where we call home and can’t return as often as we would like… I guess that means we will have to come back and visit soon! We came home and ranted and raved about Watermark Grille to our friends and family. It was the best food we had on vacation to Southwest Florida. 10/10 will be back!

This was our first time at the grille. I ordered scallops and to my surprise there were 4 scallops on this large plate with nothing else on it. I don't mind paying 45 dollars but how about a little side of something.
