I ordered 12 wings and what they sent me were 12 wing tips, only the halves of the two wing bones, it was very annoying to pay so much for half wings, I am very upset I will not buy anything there again.

Horrible service!!! Poor customer service! Incredible I placed an order and waited more than 2 hours for a pizza. The store supervisor was no help, she said the driver was slow! What response is that?! I don’t care if your driver is slow! I have two kids to feed and it’s taking forever for a simple pizza delivery. If you can’t handle all the orders don’t take them. This was the first and last time I order from here!! Never again! Don’t order from this place!!

Wow what a bad stuffed crust pizza . I Haven’t order Pizza Hut for so long . So disappointed. I remember back then they have those amazing stuffed crust pizza and now they use very cheap cheese. Taste so nasty. Overall the pizza quality is not worth $20. Before place this order I was thinking about I should get Pizza Hut or Domino. Now I regret to ordered Pizza Hut.

The Pizza I ordered was prepared exactly as I ordered it and it was nice and hot when I picked it up, additionally the lemon pepper wings were cooked to order and was nice and fresh.

My food that I ordered was not what I thought it was going to be.....I ordered the Pizza Hut melt and when I arrived to pick it up there was no one at the window and there was no one in the store. I was able to walk in through the doors but I stood at the register for about 10 to 15 minutes until someone finally noticed that I was inside and then when I received my food it had been sitting for a long time and it was very cold and did not taste good at all I feel I wasted my money.

I ordered a XL New York style Pizza and I didn’t like it. No sauce. I called the store to change my pizza, and was told that I couldn’t get my order changed. I asked to speak to the manager and was told I was speaking to him. Just lost a customer, I thought you’re supposed to please your customers.
