Lemme preface this with the fact I love to eat here. I waited 40 minutes for a couple appetizers. Simply put, just do not order to-go food from the hostesses unless you enjoy cold, mushy pickles.. order it from the bar. Otherwise you can't go wrong here. I guess its expecting a lot for a 16 year old to multitask.

This was the 3rd time I've eaten here when I come to town. This place has great food and wonderful service. I haven't been let down yet. Good beer and appetizers as well. I recommend ford shrimp tacos. They were amazing.

Johnny Houston’s Grill and Bar was fantastic. The food was impeccable and delicious, they had phenomenal spaghetti.Dietary restrictions: They had a grate variety of gluten free optionsKid-friendliness: They had a good range of different foods like grilled cheese, pasta, chicken and more.

My husband and I are new in town and decided to try out this place for dinner tonight. So glad we did! Staff was friendly, food was delicious (I had a guac burger with sweet potato fries and my husband had shrimp tacos with fried green beans), and it’s was a nice, laidback environment. The owner/manager was extremely kind to us, and he was super welcoming of us bringing in our 1 year old. We’ll definitely be making this place a regular trip!Kid-friendliness: Staff were all very friendly toward my 1 year old. Children’s menus and high chairs are available.
