Hibachi steak and chicken is great!! Nice portions as well. I ordered delivery with a soda and they even included a cup of ice!!

As a hibachi lover, I can confidently state that this hibachi is legit. I give it a 4.2/5. On the other hand, the customer service is straight up a 1/5. I have ordered meals for pick up various times, like once every two weeks and the customer service never improves. Honestly, it almost decreases with time. As an individual working in a service industry, I give people the benefit of the doubt... but it has gotten out of hand. All I can truly say is do better. The service I have received has left me frustrated a number of times. They are lucky the food is good. I typically order salmon hibachi with no sauce. The serving size is nice and big as it comes with salad, soup, two slices of salmon, vegetables, and 2 cups of fried rice. Basically fills the entire togo container. The vegetables are wonderfully cooked through (my favorite part) and the salmon is typically good. Sometimes dry, but it's pretty good. The hibachi fried rice is also delicious. The salad is very fresh and the soup is always nice and warm. The rolls are also good and fresh. As stated earlier, the food is great! The customer service drives me insane lol. The overall issue is not that they are initially giving bad service, rather if an issue arises how they handle the issue is absolutely horrible. I call ahead to order pick ups. The lady in the front tells me the expected wait time, but the ACTUAL wait time is 1.5-2x longer. This has happened multiple times and they never once apologized for the additional wait time. In fact, she has made excuses for the wait and even turned it on me??? Whenever I ask how much longer I am told to wait "one minute". Aka 10 minutes or more....I am usually very understanding and am a very loyal customer, but what I have received is honestly offending. They are lucky the food is good, or else I will NEVER return. My most recent visit, I was told the wait was 30-35 minutes on the phone. I waited for a total of 50+ minutes. She told me to "wait one minute" three times. What absolutely frustrated me is that she basically blamed me for the wait because I "ordered hibachi and a roll." Then she said "oh well I told u on the phone to wait 30-35 minutes." I responded with, yes and it has been 50+ minutes. She just shrugged her shoulders. Literally, insane. Not one apology or any thing to make it up. There's also a time, when I wanted to use the promo of "order a take out of $30+ and get a free California roll". I ordered two hibachi meals, which was $32 including tax. She denied the promotion because it was $29.90 before tax. I had already been ordering from this restaurant multiple times times before I realized they had this promotion. The first time I asked about it, I received it. The second time I tried to use it, she said no because I was 10 cents off. This made me upset because I had gone so often, but I guess it's also understandable. I have been patient, given many chances, and tried to build a strong and loyal customer-business relationship, but the customer service is honestly so frustrating. They do the bare minimum and then handle issues so horribly. I think the customer service will improve if they give more realistic expected wait times, are willing to own an error if an issue comes up, and intentionally work on building better strategies to resolve issues. Again, I have visited multiple times and my most recent visit was ridiculous. Other than the service, I will say the food is freaking good. Just go if you have a lot of time on your hands.
