Ordered through door dash. Was called and told they were all out of chicken sandwich’s and popcorn shrimp, which is fine but it was the middle of the day and these are main items for most Popeyes, so it was surprising. So I just asked for replacement with other items, no big deal. Order was taking nearly 2 hours though and the food still wasn’t prepared so I had to cancel the order.
The service was good, the atmosphere was relaxing but we felt that the chicken could have been cooked longer... it was not fully done (chicken breast wasn't cooked all the way through) but the coleslaw was the best!!!
