Service clerk didn't bother to greet me when I was the only one in there walking to the counter. I also paid $8 and some change for ONE piece of toast with avocado. I've paid $8 for avocado toast but they would have the decency to give you at minimum two slices. Used to be a nice place but not so much anymore.

Service is disappointing (but have resisted writing a review in the past) so I stopped going for months after going almost twice a week. I decided to go today hoping that maybe it had improved, and when I walked in, no one was at the front. It looked closed on the Inside, but it was only 3:30pm. Awkwardly waited for 3 minutes for someone to come out of the back (no one was in the store!) only to find out they were out of the item that they are always out of! I love this place BUT they have been disappointing me! I had online ordered an açaí bowl to pull up and their close. No sign explaining why or why not turn online ordering off so I don’t get charged and wasting my time driving up there! I go the next day to resolve the issue at 3pm due to work. I was very polite and explained the situation, I was not even interest in a refund just my bowl. Then I received rudeness, no explanation for the situation, or an apology.
