Ordered The Works, Deliverly through Door Dash. this pie clearly packed in store hanging out of box, box lines in crust. driver had bare hands on pie.Called for resolution and was told not our problem call door dash. maybe only one slice was ruined but door dash didnt pack that pizza, shame on you AMICI, never again.

I did not want to leave this review, but after this last order, I feel I need to say something. We loved this place when we first moved here. The food was so good. Two of our last four orders we had to cook at home because the dough was still raw. One of our last four orders was completely soaked by the Philly steak (owner took no responsibility, promised my wife a refund, and... no refund). My order tonight was pretty bad (0 for 4). My poppers and Stromboli were both cold. There was raw dough in my Stromboli. I called my order in at 6:25 pm, I was told 25 minutes, and I showed up just before 6:50 pm, and if your doing the math, that's 25 minutes. It's not that cold outside. They aren't going downhill, they are falling off a cliff. Hope this helps.
