Food has always been good and it’s why we have returned almost weekly as a family. This last time we were there, my husband was paying with a card and as he’s about to make the payment the young man tells him to put in the tip amount so when my husband pushes 0, the young man turns to the kitchen and shakes his head left and right to let them know “no tip”. Keep in mind I’m holding cash in my hand to put in their tip jar, although I know tipping is not required here unless you feel it’s appropriate. So my question is, why was this communicated to the kitchen staff? Was something done to our food? So disappointing.Greed just lost you loyal customers.

The cheeseburger and brisket sliders were absolutely incredible! The staff was great and checked on us a few times while we ate. Fresh brewed tea was excellent!

We ordered Cajun shrimp it came ice cold, almost frozen. The Cobb salad was missing ingredients, and my sons chicken fingers were ice cold.
Just did takeout. Some of it was good ( Chicken sandwich and onion rings ) The rest was not. The sliders were not edible because the buns were burnt to black. There is no way that they could have built the sliders without seeing how burnt the buns were. And they still served them. The kettle chips also had a slightly burnt taste but worse were very greasy. I only gave 3 stars because we have had good experiences before. This was a very disappointing experience.

I made a mobile order. Order was supposed to be ready at 1:00. when I picked it up, I see my name under "being prepared". 3 minutes later, at 1:05, it was moved to ready... But it wasn't there on the rack to be picked up.I waited about 5 minutes and I inquired with the gentleman behind the counter where my food was. He told me it was being bagged up. 5 minutes later, he comes to tell me that they were waiting for fresh chicken strips for one of my sliders. I finally get my food at about 1:25. When I get back to my office which is literally across the street, I realize that the brisket slider had barbecue sauce (although I asked for no sauce) and my hamburger slider was very very pink in the middle ( I asked for very well done). Sad to say that my first experience here at this establishment wasn't a great one?
