The cheesecake bites are so crispy on the outside and yummy liquidy goodness on the inside. I got the loaded fries and they were delicious but those cheesecake bites stole the show. Would have got more but they ran out ? would recommend!!

Tried them at a food truck rally. I had wings, my daughter had ribs both with loaded fries. It looked promising and smelled delicious. One bite in and I felt my BP going up. Way too salty and too much pepper. Waste of $50.?

Not worth the price, the food was over season with pepper, that it was choking me on every bite. Had throw it away! Me and my co workers definitely will pass the next time it comes up to the TGH.

Had the pulled pork, coleslaw, baked beans and 2 homemade sauces for the first time today. Excellent! Everything was delicious. The sauces are awesome and the beans had a slight kick I really liked. Would absolutely eat here again. Hope to see them at a lot of local events.

Stopped by the other day at Sims park (quilt event) to grab a pork sandwich and side. Not as good as last visit (skimpy protein portion) and everything was barely lukewarm. Maybe a bad day. Will see you again when in NPR. ?

Y’all have to swing by this food truck if you appreciate great bbq! I wish i ordered more than just their brisket burnt ends! They were so tender that you don’t need teeth to eat them! Almost the consistincy of pulled short ribs! And the sauce they were braised in had just a hint of heat to compliment the smokiness from the bbq. I can’t wait to try their other meats!! 10/10 highly recommend!

The best BBQ I’ve had in Florida. Their brisket slices had a great smoke flavor to them, and they were moist. The burnt ends were tender, smokey, and moist. I also had their coleslaw, and it too was tasty. Their coleslaw was peppery, but in a very good way. I’ll definitely try them again.

I can’t believe how good this food smells and tastes! These guys are definitely certified Pitmasters. The food comes out quick and hot, and the portions are great. And honestly, the guys in the truck were super nice and I’m so impressed by the way that they served us.
