Slowest drive thru around. Speaker and screen always broke. Waited ten minutes in one lane while they took four orders in the other lane. Asked twice if they were going to take my order. They said sorry very insincere and asked if I wanted to order. Told them to stick it.

The burger had Chunks of lettuce on it and some of the lettuce was old onion rings was cold and no zesty sauce... I know it's fast food but geesh.

As I ordered my family whopper and a double bacon cheese burger with an extra burger patty added, we were expecting an easy pick up. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The whopper with onion rings added to it was missing mayonnaise and the double bacon cheeseburger was missing the extra patty that I paid for. Unfortunately, pick up took 26 minutes and resulted in subpar food. I’m quite surprised and disappointed in the lack on accuracy as the receipt I received at time of purchase and taped to the bag both state “add whopper junior patty.”

I honestly don’t understand why it is so difficult to get someone’s order correct! I asked for a spicy wrap no tomato, it came with tomato. I also asked for a honey mustard wrap no tomato I was told that one doesn’t come with tomato, but it had tomato on it. I don’t know if this is a training issue or laziness but either way it needs to be fixed! Thank god I always check my food before eating it because I am allergic to tomato so if I ate it I would have been sick and you would have a much worse situation on your hands then me simply writing a bad review. I don’t know why I keep giving this location the benefit of the doubt but I am DONE! I will never be back there again! They take so long to fill drive through orders even when there are only 2 cars waiting. I also think the night manager has an extremely bad attitude with not just her staff but the customers too. I have heard the nasty way she speaks to her staff and she has mumbled under her breath more than once when I have been there. This location needs a major reality check!

Got the whopper meals. The whoppers were so weirdly salty we couldn't finish them. The fries were mushy and they tucked our chocolate chip cookies in next to the burgers so all the chocolate chips were melted and stuck to the bag. The only decent thing was the coke. Won't be returning.

Walked in and out with order within 5 minutes. Each employee, starting with the one taking order to person giving me my my food, was friendly, polite and seemed to enjoy working here, plus the food was nice and hot.Parking: Plenty if parking spaces

Horrible burger King. Service is awful. The first time I went it took forever and they left out 2 items .The 2nd time They burned my burgers . Then I thought I wouldgive it another chance and it took 17 minutes to get my food. I was literally the only customer in the whole restaurant. They make youwait at first window so the timer doesn't start for food delivery, I wonder if corporate knows that little trick. I have gone here 3 times and it's never been good. Then after waiting 17 minutes they left out my sandwich. I tried calling they didnt answer the phone. My daughter applied to work there and was told by the people who work there to find some other place to work. I usually don't like to complain. But jeez go somewhere else. Not worth it. The one by ABC liquor is usually only has one person Working but it's still faster and better..

Whopper was cold and the top and bottom of the bun was wet. The onion rings were barely cooked and were cold, fries were cold. The girl at the drive through seemed like she was in a bad mood. This isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had here, but it will be my last.
