Best Food Ever! Ordered the deluxe Fries and they are Fantastic! The Strawberry/Watermelon Lemonade is Dangerous! Best Lemonade I have had in years. Give this place a try, it will be the best choice you could ever make.
I have an app, but forgot to use it until the order taker finished the register checkout. He did not know how to add my points. Another clerk didn't know how to correct the issue.The cheesesteak sandwich didn't have tomatoes as ordered because the delivery was late. No fixing this. I am not returning to this location.

Devohn and Rose are OUTSTANDING employees here. They were very friendly and helpful on our first visit. They will make you feel welcome and they are always smiling. We’ve been back to this location twice more, mainly due to the employees.The food is great.The Philly is tasty, lots of meat and the perfect amount of grilled onion, peppers, and mushrooms.Boneless wings are outstanding. Pick your sauce from numerous options. Favorites so far: spicy buffalo lemon pepper, Korean BBQ, Thai Chili, and Hot Honey.The fries are great as well.The property is clean every time we visit.Just an all around enjoyable experience at a quick restaurant. Never an issue or attitude from the employees. That seems to be getting more and more uncommon these days.Highly recommend.PS: to the owners…. Take care of Devohn and Rose. They are the reason we come back.Parking: More parking spaces than needed for the restaurant even at full capacity. You will have NO problem finding parking here.
I've eaten the same cheese steak at this Charley's many times. This one was terrible. The bottom of the sandwich was soggy and had an off taste. This is my favorite location. Hope it was a one time problem. Wife says her chicken Philly tasted strange.

Worst service ever, ordered 60.00 worth of food for 4 people on Friday many problems wrong flavor lemonade and sandwiches were wrong. Went there this morning to speak to a manager and was told there is none just the owner and he would not be there for 2 hours if I want to wait. All I wanted was a refund for the sandwich that was wrong and I was told he could not do that. Tried to give me a 5 dollar off coupon for the sandwich I brought back in that cost 12.99. Made the comment oh well we were busy last night. Not my problem. I will never go to this place again bad service rude people if I could give 0 review I would.

Service was pleasant and the cheesesteaks usually very good...until today. I tried the new peppercorn ranch cheesesteak, DO NOT EVER order this! I'm not a picky guy...but that was the most horrible taste I've ever had in my mouth in 50 yrs! That says a lot...do what you like, but that was the worst. ugh and bleh!
