The manager on duty on April 23rd, 2024 and 7pm is an absolute embarrassment to customers and your business. You ask questions about the menu and he gives you an attitude and disrespectful remarks. My spouse should never be treated this way in your place of business. On top of that, she had to wait at the counter and wait and get the employees attention to take her order and then is treated with such an attitude. DO better.

Overall love this Charley's, the staff is mostly awesome and the food is always good and up to the standards you expect from this franchise. I always get the chicken California!However, I have to leave a 4 star rating as the last time I went by I was served by a very rude lady in the drive thru that I've never had before. Ranch costs extra, and celery costs extra but on the menu board it said the celery came with a side of blue cheese or ranch, so we ordered the celery with our wings instead of just an extra side of ranch. When we got to the window, she proceeded to argue with us about the ranch being included with the celery. We explained that it was on the menu and would be happy to take a picture for her, and suddenly she said it was not a big deal. I'm not sure why she made such a big deal out of a side of ranch, especially when it's included with the celery we paid for... But I'm still leaving a 4 star because I still mostly love this location :) but she needs to be informed on the menu offerings.

This place was and could still be a favorite of mine, and a place I frequent and was so excited when it opened. Went in for boneless wings tonight got served frozen nuggets you buy at the store. This isn’t the first time I’ve noticed a difference in their chicken especially on the deal nights, first I ever noticed it was store bought Tyson boneless wings which are good and comparable, so not going to complain. But nuggets from the grocery store, when I can go get a 4lb bag of nuggets from the store for about what I paid for my meal…..doesn’t seem right. The look, taste, and texture scream frozen nuggets and it’s very obvious. The workers are great, the place is clean, and the food is always fresh but….I’m very disappointed with this.
