Went here after I had a Broadway show. It was my first time getting it and I went inside to come to a very interesting experience. I ended up signing my very first autographs from people who had went to the show...very interesting indeed. Although he service was very good, it came out pretty fast although it was busy. It was great tasting I highly recommend.

I visited this location for the first time today. When I walked.in, a family of 4 were already waiting at the ice cream counter. A young.lady was working near the register on something else. It was until after we stood there for more than 5 minutes, I realized the family who was standing at the ice cream counter when I walked in had not been helped yet. Another couple walked in and stood behind us. Fortunately, shortly after that, a young man came out of the back and advised the young lady near the registers not to worry about what she was doing right now because the line was backing up. She promptly switched gears and helped the family of 4 in front of us. Thank goodness!Now it's my turn, I asked for the "Everybody's" (triple pint) to go of sweet cream with all mixins to be dark chocolate shavings. I did get the sweet cream with dark chocolate shavings, but didn't mix in all of my dark chocolate shavings. She mixed in some and then added the rest of my mixins on top at the end. That I do not like. Just mix it all in please. I'll be more careful about watching when I return to ensure that doesn't happen again.Overall, I think this is a nice location with additional sweets and treats available that aren't available at other locations. Definitely stop by and show some love to this location. Just.be prepared to wait and make sure you watch and get what you want.

Normally, this cold stone is a lot better managed. But tonight I went and left after waiting about 25 minutes and there still being quite a few people in front of me. I'm not sure why they take so many to go orders when you have a room full of people(3 ppl making to gos and only one serving customers??). Not to mention the poor attitudes of the workers there today. Customer service goes a long way. I completely understand being short staffed & just crazy busy times but nobody made eye contact or said oh sorry about the wait, we're just really busy tonight. Nothing. In addition to the crazy wait times, what solidified me walking out was the condition that the store was in. It looked completely disgusting in there and that is saying a lot since you only serve ice cream. Waffle mix all over the counters, the miserable girl making to go orders literally throwing pecans on ice cream and all over the counters. Very strange experience all around.

Kennedy your attitude is absolutely horrible!!! Would rather drive to another location. If you don't like closing and give people an attitude because they come in 30 mins prior to closing find something new or switch shifts and stop jipping people out of 8$ ice cream

Many years ago while on vacation, I had the best ice cream of my life. It was a temporary flavor at Ben & Jerry's called Coffee Heath Bar Crunch. I spent the next several years trying to recreate it at home or trying to get different ice cream shops to mix it up for me. Then I found Cold Stone Creamery. I tried Coffee Lover's Only and was in love! Mud Pie Mojo is also pretty good, but I didn't really like any of the other flavors I've tried there. Each member of my family has also decided that Cold Stone is their favorite ice cream shop, though we each prefer very different flavors. My youngest loves the Almond Silk Chocolate Ice Cream with Oreos. My husband loves the Mint Mint Chocolate Chocolate Chip. And my teenager loves Birthday Cake Ice Cream with M&Ms.My youngest and I are the adventurous members of the family who like to constantly try new things on a never-ending hunt to find the best. We have continued trying other ice cream shops and everything else pales in comparison to Cold Stone. It really is the best. Our runner-ups for delicious ice cream are Dairy Queen and (believe it or not) the Strawberry Sundae from the Costco Food Court. Lol. It is shockingly delicious :)
