My wife and I had the pleasure of having Shelly S. as our server on 4/23/2024. We have nothing but great comments concerning her. She is friendly and attentive without hovering and thorough in all things related. Five stars for Shelly. Full discloser, we are not related. Food is always good!

Just not what it use to be the selection of items to purchase have changed. It seem all like new age instead of the old rugged living

Stopped the other day for a tale out meal. Placed my order. within 15 minutes it was ready and I was out the door. Impressed. a previous visit had me waiting for like 45 minutes. And nothing was right. Glad to see things are on track now.

I gave 3 stars for the food, because the eggs was not cooked hard enough, the sausage was asked to be made well done, it was not. The bacon came out half done, like rubbery, the sausage, and bacon and eggs had to be sent back. Usually this location is really good on the weekend and weekday. Our server was moving a little fast and seemed to be missing the “well done” part of the order.Parking: The handicap parking is close to the entrance, and there is plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly!Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, there is access
The food was delicious not quite sure why I paid extra for a loaded baked potato when all I got was a plain sweet potato with nothing on it. And I paid extra for a dinner salad because I got carrots as my second side and Cracker Barrel. I love you, but you need to step it up on the salad, it’s nothing but head lettuce and it wasn’t even that big of a salad. The croutons were a little soggy, your ranch dressing is amazing, but I would really consider putting a spring or romaine something other than iceberg lettuce in the salad

This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a Cracker Barrel restaurant. They were not overly busy, just our waitress acted as if she just didn’t want to be there! Bad
