I haven't had DQ in a long time, so this was a treat! The food itself is typical for fast food; but, OOHH, the ice cream! I wish I could just make a meal of that, and if I were alone, I just might have done, lol. I had forgotten how great soft- serve ice cream is, but now that I've gone to DQ again, and I know how close to home they are, I'll definitely be back!

I ask the gentleman at the window for honey mustard sauce. He did everything, correct. The woman he was working with told him it’s already in the bag so when I asked him for honey mustard & ketchup, for our first order he said it’s already in the bag. They drive through had five cars behind us. I searched my bag around the corner, and there wasn’t any extra honey mustard. Just the two in my 6 piece basket. And none in her 4 piece basket. The first gentlemen we spoke with was very nice, however, we got cut off & lost service so I called back. I got the same slobe from the window. She insisted people make mistakes and i told her its more than okay to make a mistake but charging us for honey mustard that we were told was in the bag wrong & anywhere you go ketchup is free. She said “no its not” you should've been charged, I asked to speak to someone else she said “theres nobody else to speak to” when I indeed just spoke to another gentlemen. I asked her for her name she said “no & hung up” I called several tomes and it took them an extra half hour to pick -up the phone & she had told the boys to not give out her name. She was white with red hair. Awful customer service. Thanks to the men working it wasn't so horrible, I hate to be this person, I been managing in food service for years.

I ordered a single cheeseburger meal through the app; the bread was stale - very - and they forgot the cheese, but the service was great! When I took the food back to the counter to be fixed, the employees were apologetic and extremely professional for the mistake and fixed it immediately. With the meal, I ordered a peanut butter milkshake, which was AMAZING! It's been a long time since I've been to D.Q., but I'll be back sooner than later because that shake was really THAT good! And, really, the employees were very friendly and service was fast. I'd say this fast-food restaurant hit employee jackpot... y'all need to keep this group!
Service is always too notch! Anytime we place a mobile order it’s always ready when we arrive. Dining is always a pleasure experience. They bring the food to us quickly always with a smile

Wow wow wow, the Parmesan garlic and the honey BBQ baskets are awesome..highly recommend large portions of white chicken strips. Definitely a 10 +stars.

Disappointed, the burger was over cooked. No foot long hot dog. And expensive.
You only get 1 small souffle cup of ranch for 4 chicken strips. Went up to ask for 4 and had to pay 53 cents for another one. What's next? Charging for salt and ketchup?

Vicki( who proceeded to yell that "SHES THE OWNER") after I politely asked for her name, charge us $1.05 for two tiny 2oz ramekins of whip cream for pup cups. I've always gotten pup cups here that are alot bigger( I believe usually the size of mini blizzards) and they usually get soft serve not whipcream. Definitely 1 star for the rude service and shutting window in my face when I was trying to speak. Such a shame you give business to a place then a day you don't want a sweet treat or snack you get treated less than. Not sure what her raising her voice and telling me "she's the owner" is going to change. Just be aware of you are a dog lover! Cuz Vicki isnt!!!
