Truly, a great experience and the food just so wonderful. Superb cocktails, empanadas, plantain and yuca as well as the selection of rice was terrific. Put my food in the microwave when I looked away?…..The pernil looked very dry, so I asked if they could put a mojo on it to juice it up some… The employee looked annoyed at my request but said it was fine. I look away for a second and noticed she put it in the microwave for 1 min 30 seconds! The food was in warming trays so I’m not sure why it wasn’t fresh? Hopefully they can work on keeping food fresh and not microwaving it!
